Clinical Study Of Fire Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Nerve Root Type

ObjectiveIn this study,clinical research methodology and mathematica]statistics were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of fire-needle therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Standardized NPQ scale for cervical pain,20-point scale for cervical radiculopathy,MOS SF-36 scale and other scales and indicators were used to evaluate the clinical effect of fire-needle therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy,and to objectively evaluate the effect of fire-needle therapy combined with traditional In order to scientifically evaluate the efficacy and safety of fire needle the rapy combined with tradi tional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,a standard and effective fire needle therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was estublished to provide strong scientific evidence for the treatment of cervical radiculopathy by fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine.MethodThis study included 90 eligible subjects in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.After the inclusion,the number of eligible subjects was numbered 1-90 one by one in the order of screening entry,and 90 random numbers were generated by SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software.The grouping results were obtained,1-30 for group A,31-60 for group B,and 61-90 for group C,and then made by the researcher to make a random disribution card,sealed with envelopes,and the envelope number is the same as the card serial number.When the qualified cases enter the test,the envelopes with the same number are opened in the order of their entry,and the treatment is carried out according to the grouping specified by the card in the envelope.Group A:Fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Traditi onal Chinese medicine treatment:Chinese medicine is taken orally,and it is planned to use Guizhi plus Gegen Decoction.The prescription consists of Guizhi 10g,Peony 20g,Ginger 10g,Jujube 3,Zhigancao 6g,Pueraria 30g.Decoction method:After putting all the medicine into the medicine,add 500ml of water.After the fire is boiled,the simmer is simmered to about 250ml,and the warm clothes are served once.Treatment:1 time a day,7 days for a course of treatment.Fire need]e pri cking:take the three-needle acupoint(Tianzhu,Nianbailu,Daxu,both sides),Ashi.Treatment:7 days is a course of treatment,which is performed once on the first day,the third day,and the fifth day of each course.The two sessions are followed by a fire needle pricking 6 times.Group B:Simple fire needle therapy(specific acupoint selection,operation,needle,course of treatment)was the same as fire needle therapy in group A.Group C:The oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine(the specific composition of prescriptions and methods of administration)was the same as the oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in group A.Before and after treatment,the subjects were assessed with NPQ Cervical Pain Scale,20-point Scale for Cervical Radiculopathy,MOS SF-36 Scale and other scales and indicators,and self-control and inter-group control were conducted in groups A,B and C.Results(1)A total of 90 cases were completed,including 30 cases in group A,30 cases in group B,and 30 cases in group C.There were no cases of shedding.There were no statistically significant differences between the three groups(P>0.05).(2)Clinical efficacy:In group A,3 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.67%.In group B,1 case was cured,13 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.67%.In group C,1 case was cured,12 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.33%.The difference of curative effect among the three groups was statistically significant by rank sum test(P<0.05).The total effective rate of fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was better than that of fire needle alone and traditional Chinese medicine alone.(3)After two courses of treatment,the scores of NPQ scale in three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores in group A were better than those in group B and group A were better than those in group C(P<0.05).(4)After two courses of treatment,the scores of the 20-point scale of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in three groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of group A were better than those of group B,and group A was better than group C(P<0.05).(5)After two courses of treatment,the scores of each dimension of the MOS SF-36 scale in the three groups were significantly higher than those before treatment.After treatment,the scores in group A were better than those in group B and group A were better than those in group C(P<0.05).ConclusionFire-needle therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine,simple fire-needle therapy and traditional Chinese medicine therapy can effectively improve the neck and shoulder pain,limb numbness and quality of life of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.It has good curative effect on treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.It can obviously relieve the symptoms of cervical spondylotic radicul opathy,relieve the pain of neck and shoulder,limb numbness,and improve the quality of life of patients with cervical radicul It is a safe and effective treatment for cervical spondylotic radiculopat hy,and the combination of fire-needle therapy and tradi tional Chinese medicine therapy is superior to simple fire-needle therapy and simple oral Chinese medicine therapy,which is worthy of clinical application.
