The Clinical Research Of Treatment Of Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-couring Powder And Deanxit On Stagnation Of Liver-qi Type Of FAPS

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and the improvement of the anxiety depression in treating Functional Abdominal Pain Syndrome(FAPS)with Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Couring Powder and Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets.What is more,to find out the advantages of the combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine.Both of them aim to provide for the clinical application and promotion.Methods:Sixty patients who were diagnosed as Stagnation of liver-qi type of FAPS were randomly divided into the control and treatment group with 30 cases in each.The control group was treated by Denxit,one piece each day,the treatment group used Deanxit and Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Couring Powder.Both of then were observed for 4 weeks.Then compare the therapeutic effect and make statistical analysis.Results:1.Improvement of pain symptoms:The treatment group and control group have statistically difference in reducing pain symptoms(P<0.05).It showed us that curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.2.Improvement of TCM symptoms:The total effective rate of the treatment was 86.7%,the control group was 73.3%.After the treatment,both of the two groups have remarkable statistical discrepancy in effect of TCM symptoms(P<0.01).Through analysis and comparison,the treatment group have preferable curative effect in relieving symptons including abdominal pain,hypochondriac pain,loss of appetite and belching.However,the two group have no statistical discrepancy in the aspect of insomnia and dreaminess(P>0.05).It was confirmed that the effect of the both group had no difference.3.The improvement of anxiety and depression:60 patients were treated with self-anxiety scale(SAS)and self-depression scale(SDS)for anxiety and depression score.Among these patients,ther was 31 anxiety patients accounted for fifty-one percent of the total,41 depression patients accounted for sixty-eight percent and 19 anxiety-depression patients accounted for thirty-one percent of the total.By comparing the change after the treatment,we realized that the curative effect of treatment group in easing anxiety and depression is better than the control group.Conclusion:Using Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Couring Powder and Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and anxiety-depression symptons of the patients with FAPs.lt is worth popularization and application in clinical.
