| Objective:To explore the relationship between the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM and the distribution of syndrome types and anxiety and depression by using the combination of TCM syndrome differentiation and Western medicine psychological scale. To provide basis for clinical treatment of CEG.Methods:Through the study of ancient classical literature, combined with modern Chinese medicine research reports, collected in line with the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria of 500 cases of patients with CEG.Through the investigation of prospective study, analysis of TCM syndrome type distribution and the basic information of the patients(such as age, gender, occupation),disease course, relevant examination(such as:endoscopy, pathology and HP infection),and the relationship between anxiety and depression. Results:A total of 500 cases were collected, including male and female, with a male to female ratio of 0.85:1.00,a minimum age of 23 years and a maximum age of 83 years(mean age of 50.6 years, range ± 11.03).The prevalence rate of depression and anxiety of female CEG patients was higher than that of male CEG patients, and the number of middle-aged people was the highest.Patients who suffered from adverse life factors(including family relations, social adaptation, mental stimulation, work intensity and stress)were significantly more likely to have depression and anxiety than other patients. The distribution of the patients was the most, followed by the retired, the peasants, the cadres, the businessmen, the unemployed, the workers and the students. The educational level of the people with the disease is in the middle school,University(include graduated student),primary school and university. The course of disease was 1-5 years.Improper diet and emotional factors. The results showed that CEG patients had no significant correlation with HP infection,HAMA and HAMD score under gastroscopy, histological grade, and infection. And TCM can be divided into five types:Spleen and Stomach deficiency syndrome(44.40%),Disharmony between Liver and Stomach syndrome(27.60%),Stomach Yin deficiency syndrome(15.80%)Spleen and Stomach damp heat syndrome(8.80%)and Stomach meridian blood stasis(3.40%)with Spleen and Stomach deficiency as the main TCM syndrome type of CEG.There was a certain correlation between the age and the course of disease of TCM syndromes, among which, the middle-aged patients were more likely to see the weakness of Spleen and Stomach and the Disharmony between Liver and Stomach.Disharmony between Liver and Stomach and of short duration, and the weakness of the Spleen and Stomach and deficiency of Stomach yin deficiency and Stomach meridian blood stasis of relatively long duration. The TCM syndrome type there are anxiety were:Liver Stomach disharmony syndrome(70.29%)and Spleen Stomach damp heat syndrome(86.36%),Spleen Stomach deficiency syndrome(63.96),Stomach yin deficiency syndrome(64.56%),Stomach meridian blood stasis(17.56%),there were depression:Liver Stomach disharmony syndrome(71.74%),Spleen Stomach damp heat syndrome(65.91%),Stomach deficiency syndrome(56.75%),Stomach yin deficiency syndrome(58.22%),Stomach meridian blood stasis(23.53%),especially in patients with Liver Stomach disharmony syndrome,Liver Stomach disharmony syndrome HAMA and HAMD scores were higher than the other four groups,HAMA,HAMD score of Liver Stomach disharmony syndrome and Spleen Stomach dampness heat syndrome.Between the rate were significant, with statistical more than a,the difference was not statistically significant.HAMA and HAMD scores of patients with CEG were higher than that of normal people, and some patients had obvious depression and anxiety state. Conclusions:CEG patients have depression and anxiety significantly affect their psychological status, psychological anxiety and depression by age and sex, unhealthy lifestyle factors, and endoscopic classification, histological grade, there is no correlation between HP infection is not obvious. The emotional effect of CEG objective existence,Disharmony of Liver and Spleen and Spleen Stomach dampness heat syndrome. The specific expression of emotion in this disease effect to depression and anxiety. |
