Research purposesThe aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between thyroid autoimmune diseases and ovarian dysfunction by investigating the levels of serum anti-Mullerian hormone in female patients with thyroid autoimmune diseases and those with normal thyroid gland.At the same time,the thyroid autoimmune,Ovarian dysfunction of traditional Chinese medicine physical characteristics,analysis of the disease in different physical types of expression levels.Research objects and methodsThe women’s and healthy women who were diagnosed at the age of 18-43 years of age,in line with the diagnosis of thyroid autoimmune diseases and ovarian dysfunction,were excluded from the presence of polycystic ovary syndrome,Pelvic attachment surgery,malignancy,thyroid surgery history and lactation women,while meeting the inclusion criteria,and clearly know the first time to detect thyroid function levels.Blood samples were collected from patients in the laboratory and serum AMH levels were measured for all subjects,supplemented with sex hormones without TSH(FT4)and thyroid antibodies(TPOAb,TGAb).At the same time the application of the Chinese Medical Association published "Chinese medicine constitution classification and determination table" to conduct physical investigation to understand the thyroid autoimmune diseases,ovarian dysfunction in patients with traditional Chinese medicine physical distribution characteristics.The SPSS18.0 statistical software package was used to establish the database to analyze the collected data.Research result1.Thyroid autoimmune diseases related to ovarian dysfunction:(1)normal ovarian function,thyroid autoimmune disease group serum AMH levels(2.58±1.53ng/mL)than non-thyroid autoimmune disease group AMH levels(2.30±1.77ng/mL),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.038).(2)There was no statistically significant difference in AMH levels between thyroid autoimmune disease group and non-thyroid autoimmune disease group after ovarian function decline.The difference of serum AMH level between different levels of thyroid index:(1)the level of AMH decreased when TSH level increased.TSH<0.55 uIU/ml,0.55uIU/ml ≤ TSH ≤ 2.5uIU/ml,2.5uIU/ml<TSH ≤ 4.78uIU/ml and TSH>4.78uIU/ml,respectively,2.34±2.02ng/mL,1.72±1.80 ng/mL,1.52±1.68 ng/mL and 1.54±1.38 ng/mL.(2)The lower the FT4 value,the lower the AMH level.The levels of serum AMH were 0.97±0.94ng/mL,1.77±1.80ng/mL and 2.64±2.11ng/L respectively when FT4<11.5pmol/L,11.5pmol/L≤FT4≤22.7pmol/L and FT4>22.7pmol/ML.FT4<11.5pmol/L group and 11.5pmol/L≤ FT4≤22.7pmol/L group in the serum AMH levels,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.037).3.In different thyroid antibodies and ovarian function group between the groups found to be biased mainly physical,mainly yang deficiency,qi deficiency and qi stagnation.Thyroid antibodies were normal and abnormal ovarian dysfunction than thyroid antibody abnormalities and normal ovarian function and thyroid abnormalities and abnormal ovarian dysfunction in the physical conversion were low.(P=0.026 and 0.041,respectively),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026 and 0.041,respectively)in patients with abnormal thyroid function and normal ovarian function and normal thyroid function.Analysis conclusion1.Thyroid autoimmune diseases may reduce serum AMH levels,which may be present in the occult stage of ovarian dysfunction.For patients with thyroid autoimmune diseases,pay close attention to the patient’s ovarian function,and actively give treatment.This is for our early detection of ovarian dysfunction,delay the process of ovarian decline is of great significance.2.Different levels of thyroid function on serum AMH:When TSH>4.78uIU/ml,FT4<11.5pmol/L,that is,hypothyroidism,AMH levels at a minimum.Even if TSH is in the normal range,AMH levels are reduced as TSH increases compared to TSH<2.5uIU/ml.3.combined with thyroid autoimmune diseases in patients,regardless of whether their ovarian function is normal,biased transformation of the body are high.Qi deficiency and qi stagnation may be the main biased body that affects thyroid autoimmunity and ovarian dysfunction.
