Objectives:To understand the status of post-traumatic growth,psychological resilience and social support in hysterectomy patients;To analyze the differences in post-traumatic growth,psychological resilience andsocial support in different demographic characteristics in patients with hysterectomy;To confirm the relationships between post-traumatic growth and psychological resilience,social support in hysterectomy patients;To provide theoretical basis on post-traumatic growth intervention in hysterectomy patients.Methods:The descriptive study was conducted on patients with hysterectomy by convenience sampling,which includes general data survey scale,Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI),Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),Social Support Questionnaire.SPSS17.0 software package was used for statistical analysis.Selection is calculated as the percent(%),mean(x)and standard deviation(s),frequency and so on to describe hysterectomy patients in socio demographic characteristics,post-traumatic growth,psychological resilience of the status and social support of the status quo of the average level.t test and variance analysis method are used to analyze the differences of hysterectomy patients post-traumatic growth,psychological resilience of the status and social support in social demographic characteristics.The Pearson related methods were used for Correlation analysis on the relationships among post-traumatic growth,psychological resilience and social support in hysterectomy patients.Results:(1)The PTGI score of hysterectomy patients was(58.17 ± 28.77).The total score of social support was(61.08 ± 9.01).The total score of psychological resilience was(61.0±9.01).(2)The differences of post-traumatic growth in hysterectomy patients were statistically significant among the factors associated with age,nationality,education,occupation,working status,marital status,monthly income level,sickness and provider payments(p<0.05).The differences of psychological resilience in hysterectomy patients were statistically significant among the factors associated with age,nationality,education,occupation,working status,marital status,monthly income level,sickness,provider payments and operation method(p<0.05).The differences of social support in hysterectomy patients were statistically significant among the factors associated with age,education,occupation,working status,marital status,monthly income level,sickness,provider payments and operation method(p<0.05).(3)The relationship between post-traumatic growth and psychological resilience in hysterectomy patients has a positive correlation,standardized regression coefficient of which was 0.744(p<0.01).Besides,the relationship between post-traumatic growth and perceived social support in hysterectomy patients has a positive correlation,standardized regression coefficient of which was 0.726(p<0.01).Conclusions:(1)The influencing factors of post-traumatic growth are age,nationality,education,occupation,working status,marital status,monthly income level,sickness,provider payments in hysterectomy patients.(2)The influencing factors of psychological resilience are age,nationality,education,occupation,working status,marital status,monthly income level,sickness,provider payments and operation method in hysterectomy patients.(3)The influencing factors of social support are age,education,occupation,working status,marital status,monthly income level,sickness,provider payments and operation method in hysterectomy patients.(4)The relationship between post-traumatic growth and psychological resilience in hysterectomy patients has a positive correlation.Besides,it also has a positive correlation between post-traumatic growth and social support in hysterectomy patients. |
