ObjectiveTo explore the general age distribution of gastrointestinal reactions caused by chemotherapy in breast cancer and the the six dialectical typing.MethodsThe object of this research is the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2016 to January 2017 in the Department of Breast Surgery,according with the diagnosis standard of pantients with a total of 100 cases of breast cancer,who received the first chemotherapy and appeared gastrointestinal reactions.Collecting the general information of patients and related gastrointestinal reactions symptoms and tongue and pulse,according to the six dialectical of syndrome differentiation,further analysis and comparison.Results1.Gastrointestinal reactions caused by breast cancer chemotherapy in patients aged more than 40-60 years old.2.Gastrointestinal reactions caused by chemotherapy in breast cancer of the six dialectical typing have a specific law.In the three different gastrointestinal reactions includ the vomiting,constipation,and diarrhea,the six dialectical typing is basically the same.Taiyin syndrome is the main type,followed by Shaoyin,Jue Yin,Shaoyang,Yang Ming.3.In the relationship between chemotherapy regimen and gastrointestinal reaction,nausea and vomiting were most closely related to EC program,followed by FEC,TC and TEC.In patients with diarrhea,FEC patients accounted for the majority,and the others were in the order of TC,TEC,EC;constipation is closely related with the TEC program,the remaining are followed by TC,EC,FEC.Conclusion1.In gastrointestinal reactions caused by chemotherapy of breast cancer in patients,the age distribution has certain characteristics.2.Gastrointestinal reactions caused by chemotherapy of breast cancer with six syndrome differentiation mostly are Yin syndrome,specially Taiyin syndrome.3.In breast cancer chemotherapy,EC,FEC,TEC three programs were associated with gastrointestinal reactions in nausea and vomiting,diarrhea and constipation close relationship. |
