Clinical Observation Of Early Closed Chain Functional Exercise After Total Knee Arthroplasty

Objective:The aim of this study is to explore the clinical significance of early closed chain functional exercise after the Knee Arthroplasty(Total Knee Arthroplasty,TKA).Methods:A prospective analysis in November 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital treatment and included in the standard of 60 patients with postoperative knee arthroplasty.Patients were randomly divided into early closed chain functional exercise group(experimental group)30 cases and control group 30 cases.Patients postoperative namely line ankle pump movement,24 h after surgery knees hip flexion exercises,72 h after line vertical knee function exercise,1 go hit the balance board similar movement after surgery,surgery,3 weeks after the line one leg vertical buckling exercise.Control patients surgery is ankle pump movement,24 h after the straight leg-raising exercise,operation is 72 h after line leg press function exercise,surgery 1 week after the bedside kneel exercise.Contrast examination in patients with the control group patients with preoperative and postoperative 1 week and 3 weeks,6 weeks after operation and postoperative 3 months after the American special hospital scoring system(Hospital For Special Surgery,HSS),preoperative and postoperative 2,3 months after the visual analogue scale(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS),statistics of two groups of patients with complications.Results:two groups of patient’s age,gender,preoperative surgery section,body mass index,HSS,VAS score no significant difference(P>0.05).All patients were follow-up.Group 2 patients exercise not according to stipulations,the control group 3 patients exercise eliminate not according to stipulations.Two groups of patients with postoperative HSS score and preoperative ratio were significantly improved(P<0.05,postoperative 1 week and 3 weeks,6 weeks after operation and postoperative HSS score in patients with postoperative 3 months test group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).Two groups of patients with postoperative VAS score and preoperative ratio were significantly improved(P<0.05),after 2 months treatment group patients VAS score is better than that of control group(P<0.05),and 3 months after HSS score result of the differences between two groups of patients have no statistical significance(P = 0.353).Control group 1 patients appeared poor healing of incision,the bandage to continue to observe,to seep for culture,and make relevant treatment to eliminate,you did not occur after lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,infection and other complications.Conclusion:Early postoperative patients with knee arthroplasty closed chain function exercise can promote the early recovery and improve curative effect,and is safe and feasible.
