Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect of the treatment of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation back-shu points on insomniac of methamphetamine dependence in the protracted period,observing its impact on the blood of 5-hydroxytryptamine,this paper discusses the possible mechanism of action,so as to provide a convenient and effective operation which not only can improve the symptoms of insomnia but also have a good curative effect.Methods:72 cases according to 1:1 were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly,the treatment group used the treatment of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation back-shu points,the control group used pretended transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation.The PSQI,SAS,SDS and the blood of 5-hydroxytryptamine were used to observe the change and evaluated symptoms before and after the treatment,then the statistical data were analyzed.Results:1.After one month of therapy,the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group were 96.7%and 60%respectively,according to chi-squared test,had significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01),it indicated that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to control group.2.After one month of therapy,in the treatment group,the total score of PSQI,the standard score of SAS,SDS and the blood of 5-hydroxytryptamine after treatment than before treatment all improved to some extent,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),it indicated that transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation can improve the symptoms of insomnia,anxiety and depression of methamphetamine dependence in the protracted period.3.After one month of therapy,the total score of PSQI ’of the treatment group and the control group were(6.23 ± 2.124)and(12.17 ± 1.931)respectively,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).The standard score of SAS of the treatment group were(50.83± 10.863)and(44.87 ± 7.560),the standard score of SDS of the treatment group were(57.80 ±8.684)and(50.63 ±9.926),the standard score of SAS of the control group were(50.70±8.433)and(49.93 ± 6.373),the standard score of SDS of the control group were(56.50 ± 9.265)and(54.77 ± 9.096),the standard score of SAS of the treatment group had difference before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the standard score of SDS of the treatment group had significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01),the standard score of SAS and SDS of the control group had no statistical difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).The blood of 5-hydroxytryptamine of the treatment group were(81.612 ± 26.501)ng/ml and(173.128 ±44.197)ng/ml,the blood of 5-hydroxytryptamine of the control group were(87.121 ±19.788)ng/ml and(98.497 ±26.655)ng/ml,both groups had statistical difference before and after treatment(P<0.05),but the blood of 5-hydroxytryptamine of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.All the data indicated that treatment group was superior to control group.4.After therapy,the clinical curative effect of the treatment group;recovered 7,4 people were markedly improved,improved 18 person,invalid 1 person,the total effective rate was 96.7%,the clinical curative effect of the control group:recovered 1,1 people was markedly improved,improved 16 person,invalid 12 person,the total effective rate was 60%,treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion:1.The treatment of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation back-shu points has good curative effect to improve the sleep quality,fall asleep in the time,sleep time,sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction of methamphetamine dependence.2.The treatment of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation back-shu points has significant curative effect to improve the symptoms of insomnia of male methamphetamine dependence,to a certain extent,could improve the anxiety and depression symptoms.3.The curative mechanism of this therapy may be related to 5-hydroxytryptamine level adjustment... |
