Purpose: Using acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of oviduct obstruction infertility,to observe the patient’s serum inflammatory factors, tubal patency, intrauterine pregnancy rate and signs of improvement. To explore the effectiveness of the treatment, safety and mechanism of action,so as to treat tubal inflammation of the obstruction of infertility to provide some clinical basis.Method: The study case from September 2014-February 2016 treatment in Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine the first and second affiliated hospital gynecological obstruction of infertility patients(in line with the inclusion criteria),a total of 120 cases.According to 1:1 ratio divided into observation group of 60 patients(Acupuncture conditioning Chong and Ren)and a control group of 60 cases(ordinary acupuncture),were given acupuncture treatment.Continuous treatment of 3 menstrual cycle for a course of treatment. Two groups of patients were treated continuously for 2courses(6 menstrual cycles). The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a)were measured before and after treatment in both groups.Treatment within 1 year of intrauterine pregnancy and tubal patency.Record the improvement of symptoms after treatment in both groups. To compare the clinical efficacy of the two treatments. And to analyze the effect of related factors on the therapeutic effect of the observation group.Result: 1.The general data on the two groups of cases such as age, related history, infertility and pre-treatment syndrome points were statistically analyzed. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The clinical efficacy of the treatment was analyzed, the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 83.33% and 65.0%.Compared between the two groups, the efficacy of the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).3.Two groups of treatment can significantly reduce the serum IL-6 and TNF-a(P<0.05).And the longer the course the effect is more obvious. But the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. There was no significant difference in serum IL-6 and TNF-a between the two treatments(P>0.05).Indicating that the two treatment methods are equivalent.4.Observation of treatment within 1 year of intrauterine pregnancy. The rate of pregnancy was higher in the observation group than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Even if unsuccessful pregnancy, the observation group had higher patency rate(P <0.05).5.Before and after treatment, the symptoms of TCM syndrome were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%.Which was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Analysis of the relevant factors in the observation group. The course of disease was positively correlated with the curative effect.Short course of disease is better than the elderly. But the effect of age, type of infertility and patency of fallopian tube were not obvious.Probably due to the lack of samples caused by the error. Conclusion: Acupuncture regulating Chong and Ren has a significant effect on this disease.Mainly reflected in its comprehensive efficacy,TCM syndrome and local signs of efficacy and other aspects. The mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of the whole and the local inflammatory factors(IL-6,TNF-?).In order to reduce the local inflammatory response, repair the tissue damage, reduce edema and cellulose like exudation, reduce or delay the possibility of tubal adhesion, and improve the local blood circulation of pelvic cavity. So as to achieve the purpose of treatment.
