Objectives(1)To explore the service quality in nursing home by reviewing the relevant international and domestic literatures.(2)To develop scale of service quality in nursing home by using foreign experience for reference.ResultsThe Scale on service quality in nursing home was composed of 29 items,which was separated into 5 dimensions:Hardware facilities and the environment?Operations management?Safety protection?Humanistic care?Basic health.The Cronbach's a coefficient was 0.918;The test-retest Pearson coefficient was 0.683;The result of confirmatory factor analysis showed:?~2/df=3.542,RMSEA=0.038,CFI=0.94,NNFI=0.91.Conclusion Formal questionnaire has good reliability and validity,suitable for promotion. |
