Present Situation And The Human Resource Of Kashgar Region Health Equity Research

Objective:Through the system of medical institutions in Kashi area,a compre hensive investigation,get the basic data of health human resources in Kashi area,analysis of the current situation of health human resources allocation,evaluat ion of human resources for health fairness from the geographical distribution and population distribution,and find out the existing allocation of health human resources in Kashi District,and provide a reference for the further to promote the development of health services in Kashi area.Methods:Using the method of questionnaire survey,questionnaire survey of Kashi area health institutions,using descriptive epidemiological analysis method of health human resources in Kashi area,quantity,distribution and structure analysis model,and the dynamic changes of the 2010-2014 in Kashi area health human resources were analyzed,and the average level of Xinjiang and compared with;Lorenz(Lorenz)curve and Gini coefficient(Gini)to evaluate the Kashi regional health human resources and regional population distribution fairness.Results:By the end of 2014,the Kashi region has a total of 3168 medical institutions,including general hospital 108,Uygur 11 hospitals,10 hospitals,17 community health service centers,163 township hospitals,2312 village clinics,13 clinics,maternal and child health hospital,13 14,the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,health supervision and inspection agencies 13,family planning service institutions 13;the amount of health human resources in Kashi area of 20368 people,of whom 17283 were health technicians and other technical personnel 487 people,982 management personnel,technical workers and service personnel 1616 people can.Health workers in hospitals of Kashi area a total of 12812 people,accounting for 62.90%,the following towns and 5707 medical institutions,public health institutions accounted for 28.02%,1285 people,accounting for 6.31%,Clinic clinics,562 people,accounting for 2.76%;Kashi area health human resources distribution mainly concentrated in the title/scholar and below,and the foll owing staff member/scholar respectively,health technicians and other personnel,management personnel,workers and service skills of personnel 66.13%,52.15%,73.32%,100%.Kashi regional health human resources in distribution mainly concentrated in the secondary and below secondary and below staff accounted for health technicians and other personnel,management personnel,workers and service skills of personnel 57.96%,25.05%,57.23%,88.92%.The age distribution mainly concentrated in the 35-44 years,35-44 years old accounted for personnel of health technical personnel,other personnel,management personnel,workers and service skills of personnel 35.41%,33.06%,31.06%,33.04%;Kashi area according to the population distribution of the Gene coefficient(Gini)in order to doctors,registered nurses(G=0.4759)(G=0.4773),health technology personnel(G=0.4982),according to the geographical area of the Gene distribution coefficient(Gini)in order to registered nurses(G=0.6211),health professionals(G=0.6321),practicing(Assistant)physicians(G=0.759).Conclusion:The total amount of health human resources in Kashi is not enough,the allocation is unreasonable,the regional distribution of health human resources is not balanced,the equity is poor,and the structure of professional titles and professional structure is irrational.According to the scientific theory and method,it is necessary to make the plan for the development of health personnel in line with the actual situation,establish a scientific standard of regional health allocation to strengthen the training,and improve the comprehensive level of health human resources.
