Objective: To compare the complications,satisfaction and therapeutic effect of orbital septal margin release combined with orbital fascia ligament suspension and traditional lower eyelid plastic surgery,and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of both.Methods: Selected from January 2015 to October 2016,Xinjiang Medical University,Fifth Affiliated Hospital of plastic surgery under the Department of plastic surgery under the Department of the subject,according to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to meet the requirements of a total of 120 patients,according to random The number of the table is divided into A and B groups,each of which is 60 cases,in which group A is the implementation of percutaneous orbital septal arch release combined with orbital fascia ligament suspension treatment of lower eyelid bag,group B for the implementation of the traditional subcutaneous Eyelid plastic surgery.The patients were followed up for 6-12 months.The complications,patient satisfaction and therapeutic effect were analyzed and analyzed statistically.Results: Both groups achieved good surgical results after surgery.There was no significant difference in the lower eyelid depression between group A and group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between lower eyelid ectopic and conjunctival edema(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).However,there was significant difference between the two groups in the satisfaction rate of the two groups(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)based on the Barton classification system at 6 months after operation.Conclusion: Orbital adrenal margin release combined with orbital myofascial ligament suspension correction of the lower eyelid bag is the ideal surgical method,especially for the lower eyelid bag with lower eyelid,its long-term effect is better than the traditional transdermal approach eyelid bag Plastic surgery,patients with high satisfaction,it is worth to promote the use of clinical.
