Observe The Curative Effect Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type Of Hashhimoto Thyroiditis Treated With Xuanxia Eliminate Gall Decoction And The Impact Of IgG4

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xuanxia Xiaoying Decoction in the treatment of Hashimoto’ s thyroiditis and its effect on IgG4,and to explore the possible mechanism of Xuanxia Xiaoying Decoction in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Methods:Sixty patients with pharyngeal blood stasis type Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n = 30).The patients in the treatment group were treated with Xuanxia Xiaoying Decoct ion(FT3,FT4,TSH)and the level of thyroid autoantibody(TPOAb,TGAb)in the two groups before and after treatment,and the levels of thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH)and thyroid autoantibody(TPOAb,TGAb)were measured in the treatment group and the control group,The level of cytokines(IGG4),TCM syndrome scores,the use of statistical software to analyze all the data,resulting in a comprehensive clinical evaluation.result:1.After treatment,the thyroid volume of the treatment group was significantly smaller than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The thyroid volume in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).2.After treatment,the level of IgG4 in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the serum IgG4 level of the patients was decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the individual symptoms or signs of the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with before treatment,with significant statistical difference(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the individual symptoms or signs of the patients were significantly reduced,with significant statistical difference(P<0.01).4.After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.67%in the treatment group,and the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).conclusion:1.Xuanxia Xiaoying Decoction can significantly reduce the patient’s antibody level.2.Xuanxia Xiaoying Decoction can reduce the patient’s thyroid volume.3.Xuanxia Xiaoying Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of TCM patients.4.Xuanxia Xiaoying soup may be by reducing the level of cytokine IgG4,to reduce the patient’s thyroid autoimmune response,so as to achieve the effect of reducing thyroid volume in patients.
