Observe The Curative Effect Of The Type Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Hashimoto Thyroiditis Treated With Xuanxia Xiaoying Decoction And The Impact Of The HLA-DR

Objective:By observing the Xuanxia Xiaoying decoction in the treatment of the type of phlegm and blood stasis Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis,compare the change of peripheral blood before and after treatment of HLA-DR expression level,and discuss the HLA-DR in the development of immune dysfunction in patients with HT function and the effect of the party on the immune function of patients with HT and the possible mechanism.Methods:Divided 60 cases of patients with diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group using the random number table,Treatment group patients were given Xuanxia Xiaoying decoction,while the control group patients were given Selfheal Particles treatment,treatment for 12 weeks;observe two groups of patients with thyroid ultrasound,serum thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH),thyroid autoantibodies(TPOAb,TGAb)and HLA-DR level and TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment,analyze all the data statistically by SPSS 17.0,and conclude the clinical curative effect of comprehensive evaluation.Results:1.After treatment,the thyroid volume of the treatment group patients compared with before treatment was significantly narrowed,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,the thyroid volume of the treatment group patients was significantly narrowed,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the individual signs or symptoms integral of the treatment group patients decreased significantly,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the single signs or symptoms integral of the treatment group patients decreased significantly with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the treatment group patients with TCM syndrome curative effect of the total effective rate was 93.33%,while the control group was 60.00%,and syndromes curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the level of TPOAb and TGAb of the treatment group patients decreased significantly,with significant statistical difference(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,the level of TPOAb and TGAb of the treatment group patients is reduced,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the HLA-DR of the treatment group patients was significantly reduced,with significant statistical difference(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,the HLA-DR level of the treatment group patients decreased,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Xuanxia Xiaoying decoction can obviously reduce the degree of goiter.2.Xuanxia Xiaoying decoction can reduce TPOAb,TGAb level.3.Xuanxia Xiaoying decoction can improve the HT patients with clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine.4.Xuanxia Xiaoying decoction may reduce thyroid autoimmune reaction of HT patientsby reducing the level of the HLA-DR,so as to cure HT.
