Experimental Study On The Effect Of HuaShi Jiangzhuo Decoction On Hyperuricemia Rats

Objective:This research is reference to my tutor clinical experience prescription HuaShi Jiangzhuo Decoction intervention for hyperuricemia rats to clarify the efficacy and safety of the treatment of hyperuricemia.Provide objective basis for clinical application.Methods:By stomach feeding hypoxanthine combined with potassium oxonate by intraperitoneal injection last for 7days to produce hyperuricemia model rats.Meanwhile put allopurinol as positive control drug group for study influence of HuaShi Jiangzhuo Decoction(1.2g.ml-1)on serum UA、XOD、ALT、AST;Another use the same way continued 7days to replication hyperuricemia model rats,then give benzene bromine Malone as contro testl,HuaShi Jiangzhuo Decoction(1.2g.ml-1)for the oberservation group another 7days.To evaluate the effects of UA,urine UA,BUN,Scr,and changes of renal histopathology were detected.used spass 17.0 statistical software for the date from the above analysis,with P<0.05 for the difference was statistical significant.Results:1.Compare to the normal group,model group UA increased significantly(P<0.01).When Compared with model group,TCM group can effectively inhibit the activity of liver XOD to reduce the serum UA,the difference was significant(P<0.01);But TCM group decreased more significantly ALT,AST content than the allopurinol group(P<0.05,P<0.01).2.Compare to the Normal group,benzene bromine Malone group,TCM group can effectively promote urinary UA excretion,reduce UA,the difference was significant(P<0.01),TCM group significantly decreased the content of BUN and serum Scr than model group(P<0.01)3.Slices of kidney:huashi Jiangzhuo group and benzene bromine Malone group in the degree of kidney damage lessn than those in model group,the huashi Jiangzhuo group on renal injury contrast to benzene bromine Malone group,only less edema with a small amount of uric acid crystals formed.Conclusion:1.HuaShi Jiangzhuo Decoction can effectively lessen levels of serum uric in hyperuricemia rats;2.HuaShi Jiangzhuo Decoction can restrain the activity of liver xanthine oxidase,and never cause ALT,AST abnomarly changes in hyperuricemia rats;3.HuaShi Jiangzhuo Decoction can strengtn uric acid excretion,it means have certains of extents of protective impact on kidney function in hyperuricemia rats.
