Study On Clinical Effect Of Guilu Erxian Decoction In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: Through the comparative observation on clinical curative effect of Guilu Erxian Glue Decoction addition and subtraction and hydrochloride oral glucosamine capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA),and to explore the Guilu Erxian glue in the clinical treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Materials and methods: Retrospective analysis was taken on 64 cases of knee osteoarthritis in the Department of orthopedics of the second people’s Hospital of Dalian,according to the inclusion criteria.According to the principle of random allocation,the treatment group and the control group each had 32 cases.Guilu Erxian Glue as treatment group oral glucosamine capsules as control,two were treated for 8 week treatment.Finally,according to the score to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups,compare the difference in the efficacy of the two patients.Results: To the ISOA score,treatment group invalid number 2 cases,the total effective number 30 cases;amino glucose control group in the same number of 4 cases,the total effective number is 28 cases,the treatment group was 92.86%,and the control group,the total efficiency was 85.36%,after the rank sum test,P > 0.05,indicating that the two groups in the improvement of knee joint function was no significant difference in pain efficacy,the treatment group 1 invalid cases,effective in 31 cases,efficiency was 93.75%;the control group was ineffective in 4 cases,28 cases,efficiency is 87.24%,P > 0.05 in both groups in the knee joint pain had no significant difference.Conclusion: Guilu Erxian Glue Decoction and glucosamine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in onset time,differences in pain relief were not significant.Compared to patients,the patient is easy to accept,green environmental protection,it is worth to clinical promotion.
