Genetic polymorphisms in 19 short tandem repeat loci(D2S1338、D3S1358、CSF1PO、D5S818、Penta D、Penta E、D6S 1043、D7S820、TH01、D8S1179、D12S391、TPOX、D13S317、D16S539、vWA、D18S51、D19S433、D21S11、FGA)of the Mongolian and Han nationality in Hohhot were.investigated.The investigation provides the basic data for the study of the individual identification,paternity test and population genetics of the Han nationality and Mongolian nationality in Hohhot.The DNA sample from Han and Mongolian populations in Hohhot was extracted by Chelex-100 method,and then analysed by 20A GoldeneyeTM identity verification amplification kit for amplification and detection.238 alleles and 914 genotypes from 19 STR loci were detected in the Han population from Hohhot.Except for D8S1179(P<0.05),the distribution of 18 STR loci was in accordance with Hardy Weinberg equilibrium(P>0.05).217 alleles and 763 genotypes from 19 STR loci in Mongolian populations in Hohhot were detected and the distribution of these alleles and genotypes was in accordance with Hardy Weinberg equilibrium(P>0.05).The 19 STR loci of Han nationality and Mongolian nationality in Hohhot were found to be specific for each individual.There was no significant difference in allele frequencies of 19 STR loci in Hohhot Han nationality and Mongolian nationality group(P>0.05).Through the population cluster analysis,the two groups of Han and Mongolian in Hohhot region were from two ancestor groups.Through gene structure analysis,GoldenEye 20A fluorescence in this study using the labeled multiplex amplification system with 19 loci,in Hohhot Han and Mongolian group test,detection of allele number of loci were Penta E,D18S51,D6S1043,was the lowest heterozygosity of loci were TPOX and TH01.
