The Clinical Reseach Of Moxibust Ion Treatment With Big Moxe Stick For Phlegm-dampness Apoplexy

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of big moxa stick moxibustion on apoplexy with phlegm-damp type and influence on blood lipid,provide new ideas and new therapy for clinical treatment and prevention of stroke recurrence.Methods70 cases of eligible subjects were divided into big moxa stick moxibu stion group(treatment group)and routine western medicine treatment gro up(contrast group),in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria a nd exclusion criteria,according to randomized and single blind and Contr a-st principle,35 cases in each group.The contrast group received conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment,treatment group received big moxa stick moxibustion on the ba sis of above conventional treatment,selected the acupoint of diseased si de,such as Zusanli,yinlingquan,Hegu,Taichong,Fenglong,Yongquan,Z-hongwan,Shenque,of moxa moxibus-tion,5 minutes on each acupoint,once daily,after five days of continuous treatment,rest for one day,a course of ten days.After two courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two grou ps was respectively evaluated from neurologic impairment(NIHSS),Barthel(BI),syndrome score and blood lipids(total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein)level.Results1.Comparison of NIHSS score before and after treatment in two group s:the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significa nt(P<0.05);there was significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).
