To Investigate The Regular Pattern Of Syndrome-treatment Of Jueni In Treatise On Febrile Diseases Based On Formal Concept Analysis

ObjectiveJueni is common in clinic,《Treatise on Febrile Diseases》337th ’Jue,both hands and feet are cold ",which defines its clinical manifestations.《Treatise on Febrile Diseases》has been published for nearly two thousand years,and the book explained the classification and taboo of Jueni,and also put forward many corresponding effective therapies and treatment prescription,Which is still being widely used by classical remedy in clinic.The characteristic of the comprehensiveness of the big data,the ambiguity and the search for the relevance of things,and so on,Which provides a new idea for the study of traditional Chinese Medical theory and its practice.Formal concept analysis as a branch of applied lattice theory,a mathematical concept and concept hierarchy as the basis,the basic idea is to establish a concept hierarchical structure of two element relationship between objects and attributes,and its corresponding Hasse map can vividly and concisely show the complex networks of the concept relationship,which can provide a tool for data mining and visualization.Based on formal concept analysis method,our study used the principle of attribute partial order to study the prognosis of life and death、treatment method、the structure of prescription、medicine and dose group of Jueni in the《Treatise on Febrile Diseases》,and we also discussed the combination of ancient and modern clinical cases,Which to discover the law knowledge of jueni therapy comprehensively and objectively,multi-level,and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of Jueni,so as to improve the clinical value and clinical curative effect.in addition,In addition,this topic combines the modern mathematical method with the traditional Chinese medicine classic research,which provides a new idea for the traditional Chinese medicine classical inheritance knowledge discovery.MethodsWe constructed a knowledge base and standard expression of the concept about the prognosis of life and death、treatment method、the structure of prescription、medicine and dose group of Jueni that in the《Treatise on Febrile Diseases》,by using the principle of attribute partial order structure,we disccover and summarize the preliminary findings of Zhongjing jueni therapy law.combined with previous literature,we discuss the Zhongjing prescription law of Jueni to improve its clinical practical value and clinical curative effect,and which could also provide valuable data for the development of the Jueni theory,and provide a new way for the traditional Chinese medicine classical inheritance knowledge discovery.ResultsBy studying the prognosis of life and death of Jueni,some results are gained:1)Jueni often accompanied by diarrhea before death;2)When Jueni,Jueni and dysphoria accompanied by fever or dysphoria and so on,which may Indicate tue prognosis;3)The symptom table、signs of basic symptoms and the accompanying symptoms of Jueni were summarized;4)The pathogenesis of Chills and fever of Jueni before death were investigated.By studying the fundamental law of syndrome and treatment of Jueni,we systemically summarized the definition,pathogenesis,concomitant symptom,treatment taboo,erroneous treatment or lack of proper treatment,and prognosisBy studying the prescription of Jueni,we also got some results:1)the main complication,the main prescription,differentiation and treatment and progressive relationship of Jueni;2)The treatment of Jueni had its law When accompanied by diarrhea,aversion to cold and vomiting;3)The suspicioussyndromes of lesser yin patternwere was investigated.By studying the medicine and dose of Jueni,we also got some results:1)Zhigancao is most universal in the Jueni treatment prescription;2)Renshen and Ganjiang are very important in the Jueni treatment prescription;3)Drug pair composition in the Jueni treatment prescription was summarized-ConelusionThe concept of symptom type,symptom,prescription,medicine and the concept hierarchy,complex networks of the concept relationship all has the characteristics of multi dimension and complexity,which is the difficulty that when we learn\inherit and explore the classical prescription.In the course of research and excavation of《Treatise on Febrile Diseases》,using the formal concept analysis can bring us more new knowledge and more systematic knowledge summary,which could also strengthen the classic clinical guidance And provide a new way of thinking for the traditional Chinese Medicine Classics inheritance and knowledge discovery.
