Study Of The Syndrome Distribution And Related Factors In Infantile Functional Constipation

Objective: Through the analyze of multiple factors,It is concluded the distribution of syndrome and related factors in pediatrics infantile funct-ional constipation,so as to better make use of Chinese medicine dialec-tical prevention and treatment of pediatrics functional constipation provi-de more sufficient theoretical basis for the clinical therapy and preventi-on of Infantile functional constipation.Methods: Through the investigation of questionnaire of First Affiliated Hospital of Guang Xi University of Chinese traditional pediatric outpatie n-t in March 2016-February 2017,124 children with 1 month≤age≤1year in pediatrics functional constipation,to gather information and TC M diagnosis information,which include children’s age,gender,use of E-XCEL spreadsheets for statistical processing,then establish information database,and then use SPSS19.0 software package for frequency analys is and multiple stepwise regression analysis of date,and finally summary and study the TCM Syndrome distribution and related factors in pediat rics functional constipation.Results: From the number of infantile functional constipation that the s-yndrome deficiency of the spleen causing weakness of QI syndrome is the most common,intestinal gas stagnation,intestinal repletion heat,spleen kidney yang deficiency,yin deficiency and blood dryness decreas-es gradually.The main clinical manifestations of infantile functional con-stipation were the decrease of stool frequency,and the difference between syndrome types was mainly based on the stool property and tongue nature or the coated tongue.Spleen causing weakness of QI syndrome and intestinal g-as stagnation are closely related to the habit of herbal t ea and exogeno-us diseases before onset.Mother’s dietary preferences of the occurrence and the exogenous diseases before the onset have big e ffect of intestin-al gas stagnation syndrome,infantile dyspeptic gastroent eropathy and intestinal gas stagnation.There was no significant correlatio n between gend-er,the difference of fetal birth pattern and the family history of bowel movement training for the distribution of syndrome ty pes.Conclusion:1、The syndrome type of infantile functional constipation in the distribution of spleen qi deficiency syndrome is the most common,followed by intestinal gas stagnation,intestinal gas stagnation,intestinal repletion heat,spleen kidney yang deficiency,yin deficiency and blood dryness.2、The characteristics of syndrome of infantile functional constipati on as well as reduced stool frequency,stool dry,other clinical symptom s are not typical,pale tongue,thin white or white thick rare,without ob vious thermal image.3、Drink herbal tea and exogenous disease can pro-mote the occurr ence of constipation of the deficiency of the spleen cau-sing weakness of QI syndrome;the main factor of intestinal gas stagnati-on and intestin al gas stagnation are mother preference for meat and exo-genous diseases;and the mother’s preference for meat is also the main factor which can induce the constipation of the infant.
