| Objective: Observeing clinical curative effect of the prescription of Zi Shui Pei Tu preventing or treating of letrozole in the treatment of bone loss caused by breast cancer.Through the unique advantages of traditional chinese medicine in the whole idea,dialectical treatment,the group of prescriptions.To play the clinical application of Chinese Medicine in The prescription of Zi Shui Pei Tu preventing or treating of letrozole in the treatment of bone loss caused by breast cancer.Objective to improve the compliance of patients with breast cancer with long endocrine therapy.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,gathering 64 cases of Patients with breast cancer treated with letrozole.Randomly divide d into the treatment group and the control group by using digital g rouping method.The control group was given endocrine drugs(letr ozole),Every time 2.5mg,once a day.Add vitamin D calcium che wable tablets 2 tablets / day.The treatment group was treated with oral the prescription of Zi Shui Pei Tu.The two groups were obs erved before and after treatment in BMD﹑serum calcium﹑serum A KP﹑serum E2 etc.SPSS22.0 with statistical analysis,to evaluate th e Clinical efficacy of the prescription of Zi Shui Pei Tu preventin g and treating of letrozole in the treatment of bone loss caused by breast cancer.Results: 1.Comparison of the overall clinical efficacy: In the control group,the total effective rate of the overall clinical efficacy after 3months of treatment and 6 months of treatment were 36.67%,46.67%.In the treatment group,The total effective rate ofthe overall clinical efficacy after 3 months of treatment and 6 months of treatment were46.67%,70.00%.The treatment group was 6 months after treatment compared with the control group after treatment for 6 months,statistical analysis of significant differences(P< 0.05).in the treatment group,after6 months of treatment,compared with the treatment after 3 months,statistical analysis of significant differences(P< 0.05).2.Comparison of serum calcium index:(1)Efficacy comparison:In the control group,the total effective rate of serum calcium after3 months of treatment and 6 months of treatment were 43.33%,46.67%.In the treatment group,the total effective rate of serum calciu m after 3 months of treatment and 6 months of treatment Were 50.00%,73.33%.After 6 months of treatment,the treatment group co mpared with the control group,the difference was statistically signif icant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of ratio changes: The control group of serum calcium in 3 months after treatment compared with before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);I n 6 months after treatment compared with before treatment,the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum calcium in t reatment group after treatment compared with before treatment,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05,P=0.0006).After 6 m onths of treatment,the treatment group compared with the control g roup,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of serum AKP index:(1)Efficacy comparison:In the control group,the total effective rate of serum AKP index after 3 months of treatment and 6 months of treatment were 36.67%,40.00%.In thetreatment group,The total effective rate of serum AKP index after 3months of treatment and 6 months of treatment were 40.00%,63.33%.After 6 months of treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of ratio changes: The control group of serum AKP index before and after treatment,there were no significant differences(P>0.05).In the treatment group,3 months after treatment compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In 6 months after treatment compared with before treatment,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of bone density:(1)Efficacy comparison:In the c ontrol group,the total effective rate of bone density after 3 months of treatment and 6 months of treatment were 26.67%,36.33%.In the treatment group,The total effective rate of bone density after 3months of treatment and 6 months of treatment were 30.00%,63.33%.After 6 months of treatment,the treatment group compared wit h the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of ratio changes: The control group of bone de nsity before and after treatment,there were no significant difference s(P>0.05).In the treatment group,3 months after treatment compa red with before treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).6 months after treatment compared with before treatment,the di fference has statistical significance(P<0.05).After 6 months of trea tment,the treatment group compared with the control group,the dif ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of TCM syndrome:(1)Efficacy comparison:In th e control group,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome after 3months of treatment and 6 months of treatment were 30.00%,43.33%.In the treatment group,The total effective rate of TCM syndro me after 3 months of treatment and 6 months of treatment were 50.00%,73.33%.After 6 months of treatment,the treatment group co mpared with the control group,the difference was statistically signif icant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of ratio changes: The control group of TCM syndrome before and after treatment,there were no signifi cant differences(P>0.05).The treatment group of TCM syndrome b efore and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.05).6.Comparison of serum E2: In treatment group and control group,serum E2 before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Safety index: The safety index of two groups before and after treatment had no abnormal changes;patients of two groups didn’t suffer adverse events and adverse reactions.Conclusion(s): 1.The clinical effective of the prescription of Zi Shui Pei Tu on preventing and treating of letrozole in the treatment of bone loss caused by breast cancer was obvious,it can obviously improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and severity of disease,Increased bone mineral density,Prevention and treatment of bone loss.2.The prescription of Zi Shui Pei Tu does not cause the risk of breast cancer recurrence and metastasis.Long course of treatment,curative effect is better.3.It’s safe that the prescription of Zi Shui Pei Tu on preventing andtreating of letrozole in the treatment of bone loss caused by breast cancer.There was no adverse reactions. |
