| Objective: To observe the clinical curativate effect to treat of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis of Liver-Stomach Disharmony by Fu Fang Tai Wu and to explore possible mechanism and to provide effective drugs for the clinical treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis of Liver-Stomach Disharmony.Methods: This research was based on 53 cases of outpatients and inpatients who were conformed to inclusion criteria,and the 53 cases are divided into two groups at radom.26 cases are served as treatment group by given Fu Fang Tai Wu(a day fifteen chips which is divided in to three times),and the other27 cases served as control group by given Mo Luo Dan(a day twenty-four pills which is divided in to three times).When patients with helicobacter pylori infected underwent helicobacter pylori treatment.Both of the groups were treated for twelve weeks as a period of course,and observed two courses in total.Then we can observe the clinical effect and adverse drug reaction when the course was finished.Results: 1.Clinical symptoms: The total effective rate of the clinical symptoms of the treatment group was 88.46%,while the control group was81.48%,with statistic significance(P<0.05).2.Gastro scope: The total effective rate of the gastro scope of the treatment group was 84.62%,while the control group was 77.78%,with statistic significance(P<0.05).3.Histopathology: The total effective rate of the inflammation of the treatment group was 76.92%,while the control group was 70.37%,with statistic significance(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the atrophy of the treatment group was 34.62%,while the control group was 37.04%,with no statistic significance(P>0.05);The total effective rate of the gastric mucosal intestinal of the treatment group was 15.38%,while the control group was 22.22%,with no statistic significance(P>0.05);The total effective rate of the gastric mucosal dysplasia of the treatment group was 7.69%,while the control group was 11.11%,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.Symptoms of The Chinese Medicine:The total effective rate of the symptoms of The Chinese Medicine of the treatment group was 92.31%,while the control group was85.19%,with statistic significance(P<0.05).5.The points of the symptoms of The Chinese Medicine:The treatment group improement the points of gastric fullness,stomach of pain,side rib of pain,dry mouth,eat less are than the control group,with statistic significance(P<0.05),The comparison of the rest of the symptoms have no statistic significance(P>0.05).6.Eradicating he1 icobacter pylori: The total effective rate of the eradicate of he1 icobacter pylori of the treatment group was 75%,while the control group was 73.68%,with no statistic significance(P>0.05).7.The two groups during treatment were not found obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: 1.Fu Fang Tai Wu in improving clinical symptoms,gastro scope,inflammation,and the symptoms of The Chinese Medicine is better than Mo Luo Dan.2.Fu Fang Tai Wu in improving gastric fullness,stomach of pain,side rib of pain,dry mouth,eat less is better than Mo Luo Dan.3.On gastric mucosal atrophy,gastric mucosal intestinal,gastric mucosal dysplasia,ang the eradicate of he1 icobacter pylori curative effect was equal between Fu Fang Tai Wu and Mo Luo Dan tablet.4.Fu Fang Tai Wu is a safe and effective drug,and it is worthy further promotion. |
