Clinical Study Of Zhuang Medicine Medicated Thread Moxibustion Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion combine with western medicine routine therapy on treating psoriasis vulgaris,and provide more evidences and experiences for the clinical treatment of rheumatoid.Methods: 50 cases of psoriasis vulgaris is are randomly divided into experimental group of 25 patients,25 cases in the control group.The control group is treated following the clinical basic medicine of psoriasis vulgaris for30 days.While the experimental group is treated with Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion base on the control group.The therapy takes once every other day,15 times totally.The clinical efficacy is evaluated before and after treatment,and the laboratory safety evaluation index and adverse events of safety evaluation was carried out on the end.Results: After 30 days treatment,22 cases of the experimental group met the standard and 3 cases didn’t.While situation of the control group were 14 and11.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In term of improving the Psoriasis area and severity index,anxiety,itching,the quality of life,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The safety index of the two groups were normal after 30 days treatment.1 patients in the control group suffered a mild nausea and diarrhea,while 1 patients of the experimental group had a mild partial superficial burn marks and itching on local skin after a period of time.Conclusion(s): The Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion combine with western medicine routine therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of psoriasis vulgaris,and no significant adverse reactions and side effects.
