| Objective:Explore the correlation of vascular dementia and the correlation of serum GDF-15,it’s providing a basis for predicting the occurrence and development of vascular dementiato,especially TCM collaterals syndrome of blood stasis.Methods:Randomly selected patients with vascular dementia in Nanjing Milytary Region Fuzhou General Hospital Department of Neurology 60 cases from January 2016 to January 2017 and 30 cases Normal control group,aged 45-80,our hospital physical examination center of the control group,all the cakes aged 45-80 years old.For each patient in group to register the basic information,and measure and record the Mini-mental state(MMSE),Hachinski Inchemic Score(His),self-care ability of daily living(ADL),symptoms of TCM syndrome differentiation scale(SDSVD),Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR).All cases of patients with vascular dementia within in 24 hours after admission.The median cubital vein blood 3 ml,normal cases during physical examination of fasting venous blood collection.All specimens were collect in separation gel vacuum collection tubes(coagulant tubes).Room temperature static 4-6 hours.Using vacuum separator separating serum,By under 70 refrigerator save to be measure.Using the ABC-double antibody sandwich Elisa method for testing.Results:Vascular dementia group the serum concentration of GDF-15 were higher than in normal control group,comparative difference is statistically significant(P≤0.05).Compared severity of the vascular dementia,the heavy group of serum concentrations GDF-15 had the highest average concentration,than the other groups,the difference was significant(P≤0.05).Serum concentration of GDF-15 in the group of subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy,strategic infarct dementia and multi-infarct dementia was no statistically significant difference(P≥0.05).Blood stasis group concentrations of serum GDF-15 higher than non-blood stasis,the difference statistically significant(P≤0.05).Severe blood stasis group the serum concentrations of GDF-15 had the highest average concentration,higher than the other two groups,the difference statistically significant(P≤0.05).Conclusions:(1)vascular dementia group the serum of concentration GDF-15 higher than control group,the degree of dementia and GDF-15 is closely relative,suggesting that GDF-15 is closely related to vascular dementia,may provide a basis for the diagnosis and progression of vascular dementia.(2)The serum GDF-15 concentration in blood vessel stasis group was higher than that in non-stasis group,and the blood stasis score was positively correlated with GDF-15 concentration,suggesting that serum GDF-15 concentration was closely related to vascular dementia blood stasis syndrome,may provide a basis for the diagnosis the vascular dementia stasis syndrome. |
