Objective To evaluate the analgesic efficacy of different doses of sufentanil combine with flurbiprofen axetil preemptive analgesia in children undergoing innominate osteotomy and explore for the suitable analgesia plan. Methods Ninety children between 3y and lOy scheduled for elective innominate osteotomy under general anesthesia were enrolled and randomly divided into 3 groups according to the doses of sufentanil in PCA(1.5 μg/kg in N1,2.0 μg/kg in N2,2.5 μg/kg in N3).The children all received 1mg/kg flurbiprofen axetil intravenously before skin incision for preemptive analgesia.0.1 mg/kg ondansetron was added in each PCA.FLACC scores and Ramsay sedation scores were recorded at 2.4,8,12,24 and 48h after the operation;the tube drawing time,PCA button press number and side effects during 48 hours were observed and recorded. Results There were no differences in tube drawing time among the 3 groups. At 4.8,12h FLACC scores in group N2 and group N3 were lower than group N1(P<0.05);group N3 lower than N2(P<0.05).At 24 and 48h FLACC scores in group N3 were lower than group N1(P<0.05).At 4,8,12h Ramsay scores in group N2 and group N3 were higher than group N1(P<0.05).At 24 and 48h Ramsay scores in group N3 were higher than group N1(P<0.05).The incidence of side effects was significantly higher in group N3 compared with group N1,N2(P<0.05).Conclusion Combine with 1mg/kg flurbiprofen axetil for preemptive analgesia,PCIA with sufentanil 2.0μg/kg may be an ideal postoperative analgesia solution for children undergoing innominate osteotomy.
