The Clinical Research On Treatment Of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Women With Yin Asthenia Syndrome Of Gong Xue Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of GongXue Decoction on patients of the dysfunctional uterine bleeding women with Yin asthenia syndrome with the major clinical symptom,BBT and the level of hormone . To clear the efficacy of GongXue Decoction on the dysfunctional uterine bleeding women with Yin asthenia syndrome, and to explore the mechanism for clinical provide some ideas and methods.Method: 60 cases of Yin asthenia syndrome of the dysfunctional uterine bleeding women with Yin asthenia syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 30 cases, 30 cases of the control group. The treatment group were given the treatment of GongXue Decoction and the control group were treated with Western medicine artificial cycle, and the total course is three months. The amelioration of menstrual cycle and blood volume and correlated clinical symptoms, the level of hormone (E₂,FSH,LH) and the relapse rate after stopping given the drug three months between two groups, and the change of basic body test (BBT) of the treatment group were observed before and after treatment. We carried on pre-and post-treatment self-control and control between the two groups.Results: In the overall clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%, control group' s total effective rate was 93.3%, there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the level of E₂ rised of two groups , compared with before treatment there was significant difference (P<0.05), between the two groups after treatment showed no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, patients' BBT of treatment group presented typical double phase was 40.0%, presented untypical double phase was 30%, still presented single plane was 30%. It prompts that the BBT has been developed significantly, the BBT of adolescent and reproductive age of patients was improved significantly better than that of the patients in the menopause (P < 0.01). The relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, two groups were significantly different (P <0.05) after stopping given the drug three months.Conclusion: GongXue Decoction has the significant effect on improving the clinical symptoms of patients with the dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Yin asthenia syndrome, compared with the control group the effect is considerable; and be able tosignificantly increased the level of E₂ of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding, to improve the situation of ovulation in these patients; And the effect is lasting, the relapse rate is significantly lower than the control group after stopping given the drug three months.
