| Medical and health undertakings are related to the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people,the reform of the medical system is a major change in the relationship between people’s livelihood,public hospital reform is the key point of China’s medical reform work,especially the large public hospitals is the focus and difficult work in health care.At present,China’s public hospitals occupy most of the high quality medical and health resources,but the public hospital’s service capacity is low,lack of vitality,the medical operation structure is not reasonable,seriously hindered the formation of China’s diversified medical pattern.It is an important problem for the government to change the problem of uneven allocation of medical resources and alleviate the problem of "seeing a doctor difficult and expensive".With the deepening of the reform of medical and health services in China,the implementation of group reform in public hospitals is a convenient and sustainable way to maintain healthy and sustainable development of public hospitals in china.The public hospital group will be able to carry out medical and health resource allocation,improve the stock structure of medical resources,public hospitals through self-development,self-improvement,self innovation,so as to promote public hospital medical service ability and raise the level of medical services,promote the development of public hospital.In combination with the existing collectivization mode of public hospitals in China,this paper uses the knowledge and methods of strategic management theory,the strategic environment of X hospital in Zhengzhou was analyzed.And targeted design in line with their own development of the group model and operation,and put forward some suggestions for the development of the group. |
