| Objectives:To study the correlation of cervical physiological curvature change s and distribution of tender points, to rich acupoints examination content, pro vide a clinical practical and efficient treatment methods.Methods:150 cases of abnomal ceverical physiological curvature(case group) and 150 cases of normal ceverical physiological curvature(control group) as the objects of study to sequentially probe the tender points of the whole body,from to the anatomical shallow layer to deep and from head to feet.Summarize the distribution of tender points, compare tenderness location, numbers, numeric rating scores(NRS) of case group with control group, use Binary Logistic regression analysis discussing the correlation of cervical physiological curvature changes with each tender points.According to Borden value, the case group turn into 112 cases of cervical curvature became straight and 38 cases of posticous cervical spindylopathy group, the two groups of tender point sites location, quantities, NRS were compared, and Binary Logistic regression analysis applied to discuss the correlation of cervical physiological curvature changes with each tender points.Analyse the correlation of cervical curvature value with tender points in quantities and pain degree.Results:1.Group and control group are comparable with even baseline(P>0.05);the quantities and NRS of group are significantly higher than control group,(P <0.01);cervical physiological curvature changes correlated with 12 tender points areas (P<0.05) are as follow:cervical spine area, cervical transverse zone, sternocleidomastoid region, within the lower corner of the scapula, infraspinatus fossa, lumbar spinous process, dorsiflexion muscles, the rectus marginal zone area, anterior superior iliac spine area, posterior superior iliac spine area, triceps lateral head of the humeral attachment, ulnar nerve groove, popliteal fossa.2.In the group mainly consists patients with straighter cervical curvature mostly are the female patients and shows a trend of younger age. the cases of cervical curvature became straight and the cases of posticous cervical spindylopathy group are comparable groups with even baseline(P>0.05);the quantities and NRS of posticous cervical spindylopathy group are significantly higher than the other group, which is significantly different (P<0.01);the degree of cervical physiological curvature changes has correlation with 7 tender points areas (P<0.01) are as follow:cervical spine area, stemocleidomastoid area, clavicular pectoralis major front area,inner edge of the scapula, thoracic spinous process, popliteal fossa, inner arch edge.3.Negative correlation is observed between the cervical curvature value of 300 subjects with tender points in quantities and NRS feilds.Conclusion:1.Tender points at 12 areas includes cervical spine area, cervical transverse zone, sternocleidomastoid region, within the lower corner of the scapula, infraspinatus fossa, lumbar spinous process, dorsiflexion muscles, the rectus marginal zone area, anterior superior iliac spine area, posterior superior iliac spine area, triceps lateral head of the humeral attachment, ulnar nerve groove, popliteal fossa,present high possibility of ceverical physiological curvature changes.2.Tender points at 7 areas includes cervical spine area, sternocleidomastoid area, clavicular pectoralis major front area,inner edge of the scapula, thoracic spinous process, popliteal fossa, inner arch edge,may affect the degree of cervical physiological curvature changes.3.The smaller the cervical curvature value,the more numbers of tender points with more obvious pain at tender points. |
