The Reference Range Of Thyroid Hormones In Pregnant Women And Related Research

Objective: To establish normal reference range of serum thyroid hormone in different gestation period in the First Teaching Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,and to provide clinical evidence for early diagnosis and treatment of thyroid disease in pregnant women in Urumqi area.Methods: From January 2015 to December in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology treatment of women and women in the same period of health,determination them serum thyroid(FT3,FT4,TSH,TPO-Ab,Tg-Ab)using electrochemical luminescence method.The reference value of serum thyroid function indexes was established by the method of Clinical Biochemistry Research Institute(NACB).The reference range of the thyroid hormone level in each stage of pregnancy was established.Results: Select first trimester women 1150,second-trimester women 1221,late pregnancy women in 1449,total of 3820 healthy pregnant women,and healthy non-pregnant women 1157.In the 1st 2nd and 3rd trimester pregnancy,the serum FT3 reference values were respectively 3.08-5.41 pmol/L,2.88-5.22 pmol/L,2.49-4.81 pmol/L.The serum FT4 reference values were 9.31-18.20 pmol/L,7.29-12.99 pmol/L,6.94-11.95 pmol/L.And The serum TSH reference values were 0.28-4.48mIU/L,0.52-4.89mIU/L,0.67-5.26mIU/L.While the reference ranges of FT3,FT4 and TSH in the control group were 3.13-5.06 pmol/L,8.34-19.56 pmol/L,and 0.23-5.36 mIU/L,respectively.The serum FT3,FT4 and TSH levels between different pregnancy stages has statistical significance compared with non-pregnancy groups(P<0.001).The serum TPO-Ab and serum Tg-Ab levels between different pregnancy stages has no statistical significance compared with non-pregnancy groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The reference value range of thyroid hormones in pregnant women of the First Teaching Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University was established.Because of the changes of thyroid related hormones in pregnant women,and different areas of different living habits,dietary intake of iodine is different,the experiment used reagents and so on,there is a large difference in the reference range.Therefore,each region should be established in the local area or the unit of pregnancy thyroid reference value range,in order to facilitate the screening of thyroid disease in pregnant women,which is conducive to the early diagnosis and treatment.
