Clinical Study Of Electroacupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation Training In The Treatment Of Dysphagia During Convalescence

Purpose:To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on the recovery of dysphagia after stroke,and to explore the mechanism of electro-acupuncture and wind pool and so on,and to provide objective basis for the treatment of dysphagia in stroke.Methods:A total of 60 patients with swallowing disorder who were eligible for post-stroke rehabilitation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The general data of the two groups before the treatment by statistical comparison,no difference,comparable.Two groups of patients were treated with routine neurological treatment and rehabilitation training,the treatment group plus acupuncture after conventional electro-acupuncture treatment.Conventional Western medicine,including antihypertensive,anti-platelet aggregation,repair brain cells,prevention and treatment of complications.Limb hemiplegia,take the head of the movement area plus the corresponding local acupuncture points,affected by the extreme spring,foot Ze,the three points are inserted in the interpolation method to the affected side of the body tic for three times.(Double);wind and phlegm obstruction,phlegm heat organs are added Fenglong(double);Qi deficiency and blood stasis with Zusanli(double);Yinxian wind with too River.Rehabilitation training includes cold stimulation,swallowing training programs.(SSA)and swallowing disorder-specific quality of life score(SWAL-QOL)were used for statistical analysis and clinical efficacy evaluation before and after treatment for 2 courses.Conclusion:According to the statistical analysis,the two groups of patients before treatment,the general data by statistical comparison,p> 0.05,no significant difference between the two groups is comparable.The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 73.34% in the control group.The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.The odds ratio p<0.05,the two groups were significantly different,indicating that the treatment group than the control group.(SSA),swallowing disorder-specific quality of life score(SWAL-QOL),and the treatment group before and after treatment(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(p> 0.05).Conclusion: Statistical analysis of P were <0.05,indicating that electroacupuncture with rehabilitation training for patients with recurrent dysphagia after stroke have a good effect.(SSA),the two groups were statistically analyzed by p<0.05,the difference was significant,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.(SWAL-QOL)was analyzed by statistical analysis.The difference between the two groups was p>0.05.Considering the error of the study and the small sample size,the dysprosy-specific quality of life score(SWAL-QOL)that the difference is not obvious.From the results of the study,electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia have a certain direction,the treatment group than the control group.
