Objective:By observing changes of coagulation related indexes(PLT,APTT,PT,TT and FIB)of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in different gender, age, stage, differentiated degree and metastasis,it is to discuss its clinical significance and to provide new ideas and a theoretical basis for the early prevention of thromboembolism and early preventive use of anticoagulant drugs.Methods:132 patients that had been diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma by pathologic biopsy in the head-neck oncology department and ENT department in the Guizhou Cancer Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 and had not received chemotherapy or radiotherapy were included in this study(99 male cases,33 female cases)and 68 healthy individuals that had been in the health examination center of Guizhou Cancer Hospital for physical examination during this period were taken as controls.PLT,APTT,PT,TT,FIB in the peripheral blood of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma group and the control group were recorded, use SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software for statistical treatment.Results:1.PLT,APTT,FIB levels in the peripheral blood of patients from the nasopharyngeal carcinoma group were evidently higher than that of healthy controls(P<0.05)and the difference in PT and TT between two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05);2.APTT,PT of nasopharyngeal carcinoma male group were longer than the female group(P<0.05);the difference in PLT,TT and FIB between two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05);3.PLT,APTT,PT levels of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients<50 years old were significantly higher than patients>50 years old(P<0.05),TT level lower than patients>50 years old(P<0.05);the difference in FIB between groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05);4.PLT,APTT,FIB levels of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma group were related to T staging,N staging and clinical staging, the later the stage is,the higher the level will be(P<0.05);PT,TT had no evident relation with T staging,N staging and clinical staging(P>0.05);5.PLT,FIB levels of non-distant metastasis group of IV stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma were evidently lower than that of distant metastasis group(P<0.05);while there was no evident difference in APTT,PT,TT between two groups(P>0.05);6.PLT,APTT,PT,TT and FIB levels had no evident difference between non-keratinizing differentiated type and non-keratinizing non-differentiated type ofnasopharyngeal carcinoma(P>0.05);7.FIB of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma group was positively related to T staging,N staging, clinical staging and distant metastasis,PLT was positively related to distant metastasis and it had statistical significance(P<0.05);PLT had no relevance with T staging,N staging, clinical staging(P>0.05);APTT,PT,TT had no relevance with T staging,N staging, clinical staging and distant metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.PLT and FIB level in the peripheral blood of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was evidently higher than that of the health control group, suggesting that there are different degrees of hypercoagulable state in the body of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma;2.FIB level in the peripheral blood of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was positively related to T staging,N staging, clinical staging and distant metastasis;PLT was positively related to distant metastasis condition;patients with distant metastasis have a more’ significant hypercoagulable state, indicating that there is a higher risk of thrombus in the later stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
