Application Research On Personalized Health Information Service For Smart Community

With the reform of the health care system,the medical service center will gradually transfer from the medical institution into the community medical service.The community will become the main place for residents to carry out daily medical activities.The community needs to provide the residents with follow-up treatment of non-infectious chronic diseases,Preventive health care,health knowledge,referral and other health care consultation services.With the help of the traditional community health management methods,it can not meet the growing needs of health services,so how to use advanced sensor technology,computer technology,Internet technology to enhance the level of community health information service,to provide users with the necessary medical and health services,has become one of the popular research fields.In this paper,on the research background of smart community,we aim at personalized health information services for the study to explore how to provide different users with targeted health information and how to improve the accuracy of the recommendation and user satisfaction.Based on the analysis of the two areas of community health management and personalized information recommendation technology,this paper introduces the related research status of community health management and the research status of personalized information service in the field of health management,and puts forward the individualization of medical health Information Service Push Mechanism.Based on the data of health records and signs monitoring data,this paper proposes a personal health information push mechanism.This mechanism can not rely on the user's real-time request,it can send personalized health information initiatively and thus transform passive information service mechanism into active push-type mechanism.In order to meet the individual needs of different residents in the community,the design process of the personalized health information push mechanism adopts the method of explicitly acquiring the user's interest preference and implicitly obtaining the user's interest to establish the user's health interest model.It proposes the Interesting Collaborative Filtering Recommendation Algorithm based on the users.Then,this paper adopts the MovieLens 100M public data sets which is famous on recommended area to do the algorithm simulation test.The results show more effective comparing with traditional collaborative recommendation filtering algorithm.At last,based on the purpose of service landing,based on personalized health information service mechanism for the application,it completed the smart community personalized health information service platform system architecture design and function module design.
