Objective:To investigate the current situation and demand of clinical nursing teachers in Zhejiang Province over two general hospitals,and to provide reference for improving the training system of clinical nursing teachers in Zhejiang province.Methods:1.In this study,through literature review and analysis,in reference to the domestic related research based on,to clinical nursing teachers post competency theory,tentatively the Zhejiang Province secondary general hospitals above clinical nursing teacher training status and demand survey questionnaire".2.After the questionnaire,the questionnaire was revised by 6 nursing experts,and the content validity of the questionnaire was measured.Pre survey 150 questionnaires,145 valid questionnaires,the effective recovery rate was 96.6%.Revise the training content,training form and the existing problems according to the results of the pre survey.After 2 weeks,the average value of the Kappa coefficient was 0.741,and the maximum value was 1,which showed that the questionnaire had good relia.3.The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the clinical nursing teachers in 11 cities of Zhejiang province.Survey of hospitals,each hospital to choose a person in charge of the hospital's clinical nursing teachers We Chat group issued a questionnaire,the investigators responsible for each hospital responsible person to carry out a questionnaire preliminary training and survey.4.Statistical methods,including statistical description,chi square test and Logistic regression,the significant level was 0.05.Results:1.A total of 838 questionnaires were distributed,838 questionnaires were recovered,the recovery rate was 100%,the effective questionnaire was 800,and the effective rate was 95.5%.Clinical nursing teachers general information:the average age of the clinical nursing teachers in the survey(33.8±5.2)years old,intermediate title above accounted for 67.3%,the highest degree of undergraduate accounting for more than 90.8%.2.Clinical nursing teachers to participate in training content mainly includes with teaching method and communication skills training(38.3%),the nursing quality control and improvement of(25.9%)and nursing management and skills(24.9%),further analysis,it was found that different working years of clinical nursing teachers training content difference was not statistically significant;the main form of training to thematic lectures and seminars(43.4%),short-term training courses(31.3%),to the hospital to visit is more like training in the form of clinical nursing training.3.Problems in training of clinical nursing teacher 48.3%of clinical nursing teachers in training before not personalized assessment,clinical nursing teachers think the main problems existed in the previous training is the training content lack of demand analysis,training pertinence(41.9%),training content random,no systemic(32.4%).4.The training needs of clinical nursing teachers is high the very need to accept the training of the 15.6%,the need to account for 74.6%,the general,very not need or do not need only 9.8%.And 84.4%clinical nursing teachers need to participate in the training of the reasons for the job needs.5.The effect of the existing training 72%of the clinical nursing teachers think that training to improve the level of professional theory knowledge and work to improve the ways or methods,improve the competency of "big help" or "very helpful",only 48.0%of clinical nursing teachers think their current knowledge and ability"competent" or" very competent" clinical nursing teachers on the job.50%clinical nursing teachers believe that the annual assessment of some influence or a great influence.Conclusion:The training system of clinical nursing teachers should be set up in the light of strong pertinence,flexible form,effective examination,and full talent pool,which can improve the level of nursing education of clinical nursing teachers.
