Analysis Of Factors Present Situation And Influence Of ICU Nurses' Competence In Three Grade A Hospitals In Jilin Province

Purpose:Through has more representative of six tertiary hospitals comprehensive adult Intensive Care Unit(ICU)nurse competency situation in Jilin Province were investigated.Analysis of influencing factors of ICU nurses' Competency.The countermeasures and measures to improve the competency of ICU nurses are put forward.Method:By using the method of questionnaire investigation,using comprehensive ICU nurses in Jilin province 6 three hospitals as the research object.The survey instruments included four aspects:professional knowledge,professional skills,professional skills and psychological characteristics,including the general information questionnaire and the questionnaire of competency of nurses in ICU.A total of 277 questionnaires were issued,261 were recovered and the recovery rate was 93.86%.Survey the collected data using SPSS 19.0 to establish a database for statistical analysis.Statistical methods include descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,rank sum test,and so on.Result:ICU total score of nurses' competency is(190.34 ±29.15),the overall situation is good,the main factors that affect the competency of ICU nurses have initial education,working experience,technical title and the class of nurses.Conclusion:Nursing managers should make different training plans and training objectives according to the initial education,work experience,technical titles and levels,in order to improve the overall quality of ICU nurses.
