"Stroke" also known as "stroke" or "cerebrovascular accident", is divided into hemorrhagic stroke and ischemic stroke, and the main cause are because of the brain blood vessels rupture or blood vessel blockage, and which make the brain caused by ischemia of a brain injury species acute cerebrovascular disease. Among them, the incidence of hemorrhagic stroke is lower than incidence of ischemic stroke, and it has a high mortality rate, accounting for 30% to 40% of the total stroke. Ischemic stroke often is found in the general population over 40 years old, male ones, usually caused by narrowing of the internal carotid and vertebral artery occlusion easy, in serious cases can cause death. There are also plenty of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of stroke problems, which provides many ideas, methods and experience in the treatment that would be useful in modern treatment of stroke. There are a large number of definition of stroke, etiology, severity, pathology, epidemiology and clinical symptoms in modern medicine. In order to visually get acupuncture treatment efficacy in the acupuncture treatment, this paper performed cost-effectiveness analysis and the evaluation of their economic value, setting the foundation for the treatment group and the acupuncture group, based on clinical stroke patients on the basis of the treatment. The Comparison analysis of the performance of two short-term and long-term efficacy was performed and the indicators were evaluated to analyze the clinical efficacy before and after treatment. In the treatment group, acupuncture treatment is combined with basic treatment. During the treatment, both groups do not use any other Chinese and Western medicine in addition to the above basic treatment. After two months of treatment, to assess its efficacy, the results obtained using the statistical software for statistical analysis, the efficacy between both groups were compared before and after as well as within the group. Data analysis showed that the treatment group has a better performance than the control group on the efficacy, and the time spent on various costs are lower than the control group, indicating economic value of the treatment group is better than the control group. It follows that the conclusion of this article:the clinical efficacy and cost performance of treatment of stroke by comparing acupuncture treatment group are better than the control group, and there are no treatment-emergent adverse events. The treatment group showed better than the control group, indicating that in the clinical treatment of stroke, the efficacy of acupuncture treatment has not only an excellent performance but also a high economic value.
