Objectives To observe the rehabilitation effects of Brain HQ visual training on cognitive dysfunction(memory function and executive dysfunction)of patients with stroke,To provide the basis for effective and feasible new rehabilitation nursing treatment measures.Methods The study subjects were select in Tangshan Rehabilitation Medical Center,from 2014 June to 2015 January 80 cases of stroke patients with cognitive dysfunction.Adopt the method of throwing a coin randomized, If word upwards is experimental group,The flower upwards is control group, each group were 40 cases. The control group accepted conventional rehabilitation treatment, including occupational therapy(OT),physical therapy(PT), treatment time every day were 40minutes; Acupuncture, balance coordinate training and gait training and so on, treatment time every day were 20 minutes;each training time for five times a week for 4 weeks. Experimental group received Brain HQ visual training additionaly, each time 30 minutes, five times a week for 4 weeks.Brain HQ visual training is based on the computer by the United States posit science company’s top scientists development, using the network to designed as an beneficial to brain function recovery training system, including Double Decision, Target Tracker,Memory Grid, Visual Sweeps, Face to Face, Hawk Eye and so on, this research mainly adopts game modes of Double decision, Target Tracker, Hawk Eye and Visual Sweeps for cognitive dysfunction of patients with stroke to training. Four weeks Pre-intervention and post-intervention, the two groups received Rivermead behavioural memory testsecond edition(RBMT- Ⅱ)and Behavioral Assessment of Dysexecutive Syndrome(BADS) to evaluation, In order to evaluate Brain HQ visual training intervention effect.Using the Excel software to establish data, after verification by SPSS19.0 statistical software for analysis, quantitative variables were summarized in means and standard deviation, data between the two groups were compared using independent samples t-test,data before and after the intervention were compared using paired samples t-test, the count data were used2 x test, P<0.05 as the difference was statistically significant.Results 1 Effect of BrainHQ visual training on memory disorder of patients with stroke:1) RBMT-II scores of two groups of patients before and after the intervention comparing:RBMT-II scores in the two groups before the intervention comparing, the individual ratings and total standard score 14 items has no significant difference(P>0.05); after four weeks intervention, experimental group in first and last name memory, hidden items memory, picture recognition, information immediate recall, face recognition, story immediate recall, story delayed recall, route immediate recall, route delayed recall,information delayed recall and total standard score the 11 items score of significantly increased, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); 2) The RBMT-II score of experimental group before and after the intervention comparing: After the intervention of the experimental group in first and last name memory, hidden items memory, picture recognition, information immediate recall, face recognition, story immediate recall, story delayed recall, date, route immediate recall,route delayed recall, information delayed recall and total standard score the 12 items score of significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); 3) RBMT-II scores of the control group before and after the intervention comparing: After the intervention of the control group in first and last name memory, route immediate recall and total standard score the 3 items score of significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); 4) The comparison of RBMT-II difference score of two groups before and after the intervention: the experimental group in first and last name memory, hidden items memory, picture recognition, information immediate recall,face recognition, story immediate recall, story delayed recall, date, route immediate recall,route delayed recall, information delayed recall and total standard score the 12 items difference score of significantly increased, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), Show that experimental group improve memory function is better than the control group. 2 Effect of Brain HQ visual training on executive dysfunction of patients with stroke: 1) BADS scores of two groups of patients before and after the intervention comparing: BADS scores in the two groups before the intervention comparing, the individual ratings and total standard score 7 items has no significant difference(P>0.05); after four weeks intervention, experimental group in Rule Shift Cards Test, Action Program Test, Key Sesrch Test, Zoo Map Test, Modified Six Elements Test and total standard score the 6 items score of significantly increased,comparing to the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); 2)The BADS score of experimental group before and after the intervention comparing:After the intervention of the experimental group in Rule Shift Cards Test, Action Program Test, Key Sesrch Test, Temporal Judgement Test, Zoo Map Test, Modified Six Elements Test and total standard score the 7 items score of significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); 3) BADS scores of the control group before and after the intervention comparing: After the intervention of the control group in Rule Shift Cards Test, Action Program Test, Modified Six Elements Test and total standard score the4 items score of significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); 4) The comparison of BADS difference score of two groups before and after the intervention: the experimental group in Rule Shift Cards Test, Action Program Test,Key Sesrch Test, Temporal Judgement Test, Zoo Map Test, Modified Six Elements Test and total standard score the 7 items difference score of significantly increased, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), Show that experimental group improve executive function is better than the control group.Conclusions Brain HQ visual training could improve memory function and executive function of patients with stroke, the method is simple and can be widely used in the clinical. |
