| Objective To observe the change of right heart function in patients with early after lobectomy of lung. Analysis the oxygenation of the body right ventricular before and after loading and the overall situation of the change of diastolic function of right heart.Method Using Doppler ultrasound technology, In 33 cases of lobectomy of lung surgery patients, prior to surgery, 6-7 days after surgery were detected HR, Pa O2, CVP, PASP, right ventricular Tei index measured the various index, preoperative and postoperative itself, were statistically analyzed. And conclusions were drawn. Results Patients with preoperative besides arterial blood oxygen partial pressure, measured the indicators are in the normal range, 6-7 days postoperatively, HR in patients with a preoperative more faster, Pa O2 compared with preoperative is lower, right heart Tei index value than increase preoperative comparison, PASP increase compared with preoperative comparison, above, various parameters by statistical analysis(P < 0.05), the difference had statistical significance. CVP in patients with a preoperative no obvious rise and fall, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion Doppler ultrasound can be used for lobectomy of lung after testing in patients with right heart function. Patients after lobectomy of lung, in postoperative in-hospital recovery during and after operation can not be ignored the possibility of right ventricular dysfunction. |
