Medicine is a subject which needs a lot of practice, due to the specialty of its position,it has intensive demand for competency. In recent years, With the development of medical education and the continuous deepening of education reform, that has promoted the ability of the medical students in clinical practice effectively, but there is still a certain gap with the position of the actual demand of comprehensive quality. A qualified medical workers not only need a solid theoretical foundation and skilled clinical skills, should also have good humanity qualities and clinical citical thinking skills. Therefore, improving college students’ comprehensive quality has become a hot topic. Our country has formed a comprehensive medical education system, school education also initially established a complete curriculum system, but for how to evaluate the medical students clinical comprehensive ability objectively and comprehensively, it has not yet formed a standardized evaluation system with Chinese characteristics.Objective: This study intends to present a set of comprehensive, objective and impartial examination systems and evaluation criteria. Testing the students’ academic knowledge, application knowledge ability and practice ability.Fully bringing the guiding functions of exam, futher strengthen students’ importance in application of professionalknowledge and clinical practice, improve the clinical agilities and clinical analysis abilities.Methods: Using the comprehensive applied questions of traction for disease, to examine the professional basic knowledge for students, and using the "clinical reception +practical skills and abilities" of multi-station examination, to evaluate the efficiency of the clinical comprehensive ability of students.(1) By statistical software SPSS 18.0,analzing scores of clinical practice skills, theoretical and practices examination with descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis;(2) Of the current evaluation mode of perception, teacher recommendations, and graduates’ ability of position, the questionnaire survey to analysis the effect of the assessment in the process of implementation and the problems of graduation examination to provide the reference for the reform of the next step.Results:(1) The statistic results show that scores of theoretical and practice examination all basic obey normal distribution, the state of clinical practice skills examination toward left deviation(α=0.322); the correlation coefficient between Clinical practice skills examination and theoretical examination scores is 0.270(P = 0.046), the correlation coefficient between clinical practice skills examination and practice examination scores is 0.869(P = 0.000), significant correlation; the theory and practice examination had no significant linear correlation between the scores of examination.(2)According to the results of questionnaire survey of graduates in more than 97.3% people think that attend the multi-station examination can reflect their own clinical comprehensive ability, more than 93.2% people think that attend the multi-station examination can be more sure pass of the medical examination; All of teachers agree using multi-station examination in Clinic integrated ability evaluation; All of employing units most value the clinical practice skills and clinic ideation of students.Conclusion:(1) Clinical practice skills have lower scores; Clinical practice skills and practice scores have the highest correlation,theoretical examination and practice scores have the lowest correlation;(2) More than the acceptance of evaluation model in the evaluation of students and teachers are relatively high, the clinical comprehensive ability of graduates and unit of choose and employ persons(i.e., clinical skills and clinicalintellection) of the highest importance. Therefore, we use the multi-station evaluation methods in the oral medical undergraduate graduation examination, the oral medical students’ clinical comprehensive ability can be evaluated comprehensively, objectively and effectively, it is very important to improve students’ professional ability of the position and capacity of passing medical licensing examination.
