| Objective:To explore the relationship between plasma lipoproteins phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2) and chronic heart failure(CHF).Further explore the relationship between Lp-PLA2 and rehospitalized patients with CHF.For the use of Lp-PLA2 level provides the theory basis for predicting the prognosis of patients with CHF, thereby further guide clinical treatment.Methods:The study collected 120 cases of hospitalized patients with CHF and 32 cases of normal physical examination patients for the control group,follow-up of 99 patients with CHF,from march 2015 to february 2016 in Fujian province hospital.Testing the level of plasma Lp-PAL2, and analyzing and comparing the relationship between Lp-PLA2 with age, sex, etiology, medical history and medication compliance, LVEF, the experimental results, the correlation of readmission. Follow-up of patients with CHF and record what is happening, including readmission, death.The Lp-PLA2 ELISA kits samples Lp-PLA2 concentration range.All the data using SPSS 23.0 statistical processing software package to calculation. Measurement data to normality test, obey the normal distribution of measurement data using mean± standard deviation or the median(interquartile spacing) to expression, count data useing [cases(%)] to expression. Normal distribution variables using single factor analysis of variance, non-normal distribution variables the Mann-Whitney U inspection; Classification variables using four table chisquare test.Sperman correlation analysis test variables and the level of Lp-PLA2 correlation.Suggest statistically significant P < 0.05.Result:1.The FBG, UA of CHF the group were higher than the control group(P<0.05); Hb, serum sodium, serum potassium were lower than the control group(P<0.05). NEU%, LDL, Scr, NT-Pro BNP associated with the level of Lp-PLA2,correlation coefficient of 0.108、0.136、0.190、0.263.(P<0.05).2.The level of Lp-PLA2 in CHF patients were higher than the normal group(P<0.05), The level of Lp-PLA2 in CHF with CHD patients were higher than the CHF not with CHD patients(P<0.05), The level of Lp-PLA2 in CHF with diabetes patients were higher than the CHF not with diabetes patients(P<0.05).3.The level of Lp-PLA2 in cardiac function classification IV grade patients were higher than thecardiac function classificationl II, III grade patients(P<0.05).As the level of the Lp-PLA2 quarterback array increases cardiac function classification become higher grade. 4 The level of the CHF rehospitalized patients were higher than the CHF not rehospitalized patients patients(P<0.05). The level of the WBC, LDL,Hb,Scr, NT-Pro BNP associated with Lp-PLA2, in the CHD rehospitalized patients,correlation coefficient of 0.160, 0.190, 0.585, 0.576, 0.107(P<0.05). Cardiac function classificationl, Lp-PLA2 level is an independent predictor of CHF patients hospitalized again(P<0.05).Conlusion : 1.The CHF patient’s Lp-PLA2 level is higher than the control group.The CHF rehospitalized patients’ s Lp-PLA2 level is higher than the CHF not rehospitalized patients.2.With heart failure become serious, Lp-PLA2 levels rise trend..3.Lp-PLA2 level is an independent predictor of CHF patients hospitalized again.The Lp-PLA2 levels can predict the possibility of hospitalized patients with CHF. |
