Research On The Rehabilitation Information Service System Of Leave-hospital Patients With Rheumatic Disease

Rheumatism is a kind of common disease which is not only the most dangerous in chronic disease, bringing heavy burden to patients' family and national health care system, but there are quite a majority of patients in the abnormal state of diagnosis and treatment among the large rheumatism group having about 100 million people in our country. Which causes much painful to the patients, greatly reduces the available labor force resources, and brings much more difficulty to the standardization of the medical industry in rheumatism diagnosis and treatment in our country.In this paper, the author's teacher as a rheumatic patient whom has abundant experience of long-term doctor visits has been ill for about 10 years. He has some methods to control the rheumatism condition within a certain range in the use of some related technologies of smart wireless sensor, smart phone and the Internet to help doctor treat related diseases. These methods can ensure the quality of life and reduce indisposition of patients, which can not only let them do living things on their own, achieve a normal physical work, but greatly reduce the cost of doctor visits.By observation of treatment of rheumatism, we classify the status of rehabilitation of patients with rheumatoid disease into two categories – subjective evaluation and objective evaluation indicator. While, the subjective evaluation is that the patients with rheumatism can hardly describe their feelings which can be qualitative but difficult to quantitative without characters during medication care. Such as whether there is phenomenon of morning stiffness, whether a man can wear clothes, twist a towel dry, whether ones' sleep is affected, etc. The objective evaluation is that some equipment can quantify the physical parameters in vitro, such as painful tolerant value, tumid condition, change of surface temperature of a sick joint, etc. Around these two evaluation indicators, the author put forward and designed a kind of rehabilitative information service system for patient departure from hospital. The system mainly includes the front-end part of information acquisition(rheumatoid joint detector), application development part of smart phone(applications of rehabilitative information service system for leave-hospital patient based on the Android platform), and the server design section. Which specifically involves in data acquisition and processing technology, wireless communication technology, the Android development technology, and other new technology.This paper will focus on the way of the reasonable doctor visit, especially on the front-end acquisition of rehabilitative information for rheumatoid patients. The main research contents include: analysis of the background and significance, design the overall scheme of the rehabilitation information service system of leave-hospital patients with rheumatic disease, put forward and design a portable detector, build front-end data acquisition hardware platform using wireless smart sensors and phones, design and write the software program. We solved the problem of rehabilitative information's vacancy of the leave-hospital patients. Also, it provides subjective/ objective analytical basis for improving diagnosis and treatment effect of attending doctors.
