The cardiovascular disease is one of main diseases which have threatened human health nowadays.The clinical diagnosis of the cardiovascular disease is mainly based on the electrocardiogram.Traditionally,the electrocardiographic examination generally needs to rely on the electrocardiograph.Due to enormous size and complicated operation,only large hospitals use the electrocardiograph.Patients need take a large quantity of time cost to do the electrocardiographic examination.Besides,because the cardiovascular disease has a certain degree of latenttendency,so the electrocardiograph can’t meet the requirement of long-term monitoring.With the improvement of living standards in modern society and the gradual enhancement of people’s health consciousness,more and more people have realized the importance of disease prevention.Thereupon,the portable electrocardiogram monitor begins to appear.This paper combines the newest research result of ECG automatic analysis and the development trend of mobile health to design and implement a set of portable electrocardiogram monitor which is based on smart mobile phone.The system involves ECG collection module and mobile monitoring software.The ECG collection module contains an analog front end,a microcontroller,bluetooth,a power supply,etc.It’s connected with the human body by ECG cables and it can collect the ECG signals of human body in real time and send them to the mobile device through the bluetooth module.The mobile monitoring software base on Android platform includes several function modules like the receipt of ECG signals,ECG real-time drawing,automatic analysis of ECG signals,storage of ECG data,abnormal short-message warning,etc.At the same time,this paper has analyzed and concluded the relevant algorithms of ECG automatic analysis to determine an appropriate algorithm in consideration of the operational efficiency of system and the complexity of implementation.The algorithm is verified by simulation on Matlab and finally transplanted on the smart phone.In the signal preprocessing stage,median filtering method is selected to remove baseline drift,wavelet threshold method is selected to remove power frequency interference and high frequency noise.In the stage of waveform location and feature extraction,the differential threshold method is used to locate the QRS wave,and the corresponding ECG parameters are calculated.In the stage of arrhythmia detection,the branch judgment method is chosen to construct the judgment logic which is used to judge the corresponding disease.In order to solve the problem that the wavelet can not handle the flow data,a real-time wavelet algorithm is introduced in this paper.This paper has discussed the overall structure,operation process and function realization of the portable ECG monitor.This system has some features including small volume,low cost,simple to use and the like.It can meet the requirement of real-time monitoring ECG signal of human body.Therefore,it has a good application value.
