| ObjectiveTo investigate the impact of Chinese medicine artificial cycle treatment on the outcome of pregnancy in patients doing in vitro fertilization-embryo transplant(IVF-ET)again.Methods120 clinical cases were collected and divided into traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group(n=60)and control group(n=60)randomly.The TCM group were treated with TCM for three menstrual cycles before Gn was used,while the control group received no treatment.The patients of final group were treated with longed gonadotropin-relasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)protocol,compared the test index of both group.Syndromes were collected and observed;following items egg number count,fertilization rate,membrane thickness,in the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no statistical differences between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There has difference in the quantity of ovum(P<0.05);and difference in the thickness of endometrium and the clinical pregnancy rate(P<0.05).There has significant difference in the early miscarriage rate(P<0.05).There has significant difference in the symptoms integral(P<0.05).ConclusionThe Chinese medicine artificial cycle treatment can increase the clinical pregnancy rate,reduce the early miscarriage rate. |
