| Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of treating syndrome of Qi-asthenia and Blood-stasis of ventricular extrasystole with coronary artery heart disease and insulin resistance through applying the Shenzhi Tongxin capsule and to explore its mechanism.Methods: 58 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(29 cases) and the control group(29cases).The control group was given basic drugs of CHD,metroprolol succinate and metformin.In addition to the above drugs, the experimental group was dosed Shenzhi Tongxin capsule.The course of clinical treatment is 4 weeks.Then observe treatment sesult.Results:Two groups of test index comparison,the treatment group effects in esting electrocardiogram and 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram was better than the control group,two groups have statistical difference(P<0.05); the treatment group effects in fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial insulin levels was better than that of control group,two groups have statistical difference(P<0.01 or P< 0.05);the treatment group effects in syndrome curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, disease classification of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine single symptoms,tongue and pulse condition was better than control group, two groups have statistical difference(P<0.01 or P<0.05);Two groups of safety index all did not appear abnormal.Conclusions: Shenzhi Tongxin capsule has good curative effect on treating Ventricular Extrasystole with Coronary Artery Heart Disease and insulin resistance. |
