The Clinical Study Of Shenzhi Tongxin Capsule In Treating Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris After PCI With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Shenzhi Tongxin capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris after PCI with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:This research adopts the principle of random,single blind,and placebo-controlled.60 outpatients were enrolled in the affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine,all of whom were diagnosed with coronary heart disease(CHD),angina pectoris after PCI,and TCM syndrome differentiation was qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Among them,the control group fall off in 1 case,the treatment group fall off in 2 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Shenzhi Tongxin capsule on the basis of conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups before and after treatment were observed with a 6-week treatment courseResults:1.Clinical efficacy:After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of single TCM symptoms(chest pain,chest tightness,palpitations,weakness and spontaneous sweating),the total score of TCM symptoms and the total curative effect of TCM symptoms(P<0.05);The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the effect of angina pectoris,the nitroglycerin arrest rate,electrocardiogram curative effect and the score of Seattle angina questionnaire(P<0.05).2.Biochemical indicators:Blood lipids(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),hs-CRP,LP(a),Hcy,and LP-PLA2,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenzhi Tongxin capsule has a significant effect on the clinical symptoms and examination indexes of angina pectoris patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after PCI,and the curative effect is safe and reliable.
