| Objective: To observe with Supplementing Qi, nourishing the liver and kidney, activating blood to stop bleeding Tongluo rule, prescription of nourishing yin and Mingmu Decoction Treatment of the clinical efficacy of non proliferative diabetic retinopathy and to explore its mechanism.Methods: By using randomized controlled methods, I choose 60 patients who were confirmed the non proliferative diabetic retinopathyin the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine endocrinology department and divided them into two groups randomly, the treatment group and the control group by using the 1:1 control principle. Under the premise of basic therapy and regular of antidiabetic drugs, the control group was given calcium dobesilate and the control group was given the Chinese medicine Tangluotong.The efficacy evaluation will be done after 2 courses of treatment, 8 weeks. The observation will be focus on the patients’ clinical symptoms,fasting blood glucose(FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c), visual acuity,fundus photograph and fundus fluorescein angiography before and after treatment in the two groups. To make an objective evaluation of the treatment effect by using SPSS17.0 for statistical analysis.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 83.33%, the control group total effective rate was 43.33%, the treatment group was better than the control group so the result has statistical significance(P<0.05). Both of the patients in the treatment group and the control group are able to ameliorate the clinical symptoms, fasting blood glucose(FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c), blood rheology, visual acuity and fundus retinal capillary in non perfusion area and leakage area; the treatment group was better than control group in improving the clinical symptoms, visual acuity, fundus optic film capillary in non perfusion area and leakage area. Compared with the control group, the treatment group had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: For treating non proliferative diabetic retinopathy,the curarive effect of traditional Chinese medicine Tangluotong with safe and effectiviness is obvious and better than calcium dobesilate. |
