Clinical Observation Of Shugan Hewei Method Combined With Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Liver Stomach Disharmony In Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective:Patients with advanced gastric cancer with liver stomach disharmony syndrome of "stagnation of liver Qi,invasion of the stomach,temper deficiency,congestion and toxic stasis " as the main pathogenesis,the aim of this study was to observe the effect of Shugan Hewei decoction combined with OLF regimen chemotherapy treatment of liver stomach disharmony type of advanced gastric cancer curative effect to "Shugan Jieyu, regulating qi and harmonizing stomach".Methods: 60 cases of postoperative recurrence or can not be operated, and Chinese medicine dialectical typing for liver stomach disharmony type of gastric cancer patients, randomly divided into two groups, including the treatment group of 30 cases, the control group of 30 cases,Two groups were given OLF regimen chemotherapy,the treatment group added Shuganhewei Decoction and modified with the evidence, continuous observation of 2 cycles after chemotherapy,compared between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with tumor size, traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, KPS score, body weight, blood routine test, liver and kidney function, immune function, tumor markers CEA, CA199 and other changes and adverse reactions.Results: Shuganhewei Decoction combined with OLF chemotherapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life, stabilize or increase weight, improve immune function, reduce the gastrointestinal reaction of chemotherapy and peripheral neurotoxicity.but in reducing tumor markers CA199, CEA, reduce or stabilize the lesions, reduce the bone marrow toxicity and liver and kidney toxicity of chemotherapy compared with chemotherapy alone, there is no significant differenceConclusion : Shugan Hewei method combined with chemotherapy in clinical treatment of disharmony between liver and stomach in advanced gastric cancer can be significantly improved in patients with clinical symptoms, improve life quality and immune function in patients with, weight gain, reduce chemotherapy-induced digestive tract and peripheral nerve toxicity,it is one of the effective methods for the treatment of advanced liver and stomach disharmony type of advanced gastric cancer.
