The Clinical Research Of Shuganhewei Decoction In Treating Functional Dyspepsia Of Disharmony Between Liver And Stomach

Objective:The research is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuganhewei decoction in treating functional dyspepsia of disharmony between liver and stomach and to explore the mechanism of Shuganhewei decoction in the treatment of this disease,in order to provide reference and new ideas for the clinical effective prevention and treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:The 60 cases of functional dyspepsia patients who meeted the selective standard were randomly divided into test group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.The test group was given Shuganhewei decoction and the control group was given domperidone tablets.After 8 weeks treatment,clinical observation was performed before and after treatment and filled in nepean dyspepsia index.Results:The total effective rate in test group was 93.33% and the control group was 73.33%.Statistics analysis showed that the difference of the general effective rate of the two groups was statistics significant(P<0.05) and the comprehensive curative effect in test group was better than the control group.There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:Shuganhewei decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia,improve the quality of life in patients with functional dyspepsia,relieve patients’ suffering and better than domperidone tablets,so therefore need further studies.
