Objective:The purpose of this study aims to observe the curative effects of the kind of treatment,which the small needle-knife releasing suboccipital triangle combine with cervical vertebra traction to treat cervical spondylotic arteriopathy(CSA),and probed the action mechanism,evaluated effectiveness of the kind of comprehensive therapy.Finally,to provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of this method of treatment CSA.Methods:60 patients of CSA being up to the standard were divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to their order of with clinical time by random digital expression,The treatment group treated by Small needle-knife releasing suboccipital triangle combine with cervical vertebra traction,and The control group treated by cervical vertebra traction combine with drug Oral,Small needle knife therapy once a week,cervical vertebra traction once a week,Tianma Mihuan jun Tablet be oraled in a dose of 1.0g with three times a day at a time,successive treatment for two weeks as a course of treatment.To record and compare the changes of Cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scales(Escv),neck X-rays and TCD before and after treatment,assessed two groups of treatment for the improvement of main symptoms and signs,and evaluated on two groups of comprehensive curative effect for the treatments of CSA.Results:By comparison of clinical effect,we found the cure rate and the total effective of the two groups of patients rate all have statistically significant(P<0.05)after a period of treatment.The treatment group and the control group after treatment of X-ray,basilar artery peak flow velocity(Vd)and mean blood flow velocity(Vm)were improved significantly(P < 0.05),Despite the control group after treatment of X-ray and TCD examination data were increased,compared with the treatment group the results did not see obvious statistical significance.The treatment group the cure rate is 43.33%,the total effective rate is96.67%,and the control group the cure rate is 30.00.7%,the total effective rate is 90.00%,there is Significant difference between the two groups that are analysised by the t test(P<0.05).The small needle-knife releasing suboccipital triangle and cervical vertebra traction of treatment of effective apparent curative effect on CSA,Clinical curative effect is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The research shows that small needle-knife releasing suboccipital triangle combine with cervical vertebra traction has a remarkable curative effect on CSA,the functional mechanism may include improvement of the shortage of blood supply of the Vertebral Artery,adjustment of the balance of the internal and external forces of the cervical vertebrae.So as to maximize the improve symptoms,more suitable for clinical promotion.
