Purpose:To observe the curative effect of “Hua yu zhi tong” Decoction in the treatment of endometriosis and discuss the mechanism of action.The Decoction can promote blood circulation,remove stasis painkillers.Method:60 cases of Qi-Stagnation and Blood-Stasis endometriosis patients were randomly divided into:treatment group 30 cases take “Hua yu zhi tong” Decoction.The control group 30 cases take danazol.Observed the treatment syndrome of Chinese medicine、clinical symptoms、gynecologic examinationanal、Transvaginal B-Determination、gesic effect、serum CA125 index changes.Observed serum CA125、OPN、VEGF、HMGB1、sB7-H4、TNF-αindex in rat endometriosis model take “Hua yu zhi tong” Decoction or danazol.Results:“Hua yu zhi tong”Decoction have obvious curative effect.clinical cure 8 case, powerfully 11, effective in 7 cases, the total effective rate of 86.7%.“Hua yu zhi tong”Decoction can effectively improve the pain the clinical symptoms、signs.can improve hemorheology indexes,improving pcivic blood circulation.decrease the level of CA125.Animal studies have shown:“Hua yu zhi tong” Decoction can Reduce the indicators and inhabiting the multiPlieation of loeal Pathologieal issue.Conclusion:“Hua yu zhi tong”Decoction have obvious curative effect.by bettering the pelvie blood eireulation、imProving the blood theology、Reduce the indicators and inhabiting the multiPlieation of loeal Pathologieal issue.
