| As the development of China’s aging population, the aging of the healthcare industry will follow. Facing at the low development of community healthcare which is induced by the lack of community health human resources in our country, if we still maintain the old thinking and traditional practices as well as only regard most elderly health care personnel as the supported object without positive endowment, the old human resource will be wasted. The elderly health care personnel have accumulated a lot of theoretical knowledge and clinical experience, cultivated better ability of doctor-patient communication et al. through long-term clinical work. Most elder people who are reemployed tend to pay more attention to the realization of self-worth rather than salary. It can not only alleviate the pressure on the aging of the population in our country by exploring the development of elder human resources. What’s more important is that it will promote the development of community healthcare services. Thus, it has a realistic significance to explore and utilize the elder human resources in the healthcare industry.In this study, we mainly aimed at the elder human resources who worked in the community healthcare system, as an example, to fully explore and utilize. In brief, we firstly introduced the background and meaning of the research, elaborated the current research status of aging and exploring of elder human resources for health and analyzed the necessity and feasibility of exploring elder human resources for health. Secondly, we chose some influence factors based on reference review and investigated the reemployment intention of elderly health care personnel by means of questionnaire. Then we indicated the main factors influence the reemployment intention of elderly health care personnel by analyzing the obtained data. The results showed that the main factors were age, health condition, financial situation and sex, in sequence. At last, we combined the practice of the developed countries such as Japan, Germany, England and USA to propose countermeasures and suggestions. Namely, we put forward to establish a elder human resources for health development system with market standardization, organization guarantee stabilizing and targets screening specification from the three points of view including market, mational policy and the elder themselves. |
